  I came across your post about the WiFi problem and wanted to help!  I understand that you have found the DNS errors.

  First of all, try to review the steps offered by Community Member

  A second option is to try the following steps:
  Powercycle the network:
  1. turn off your laptop.
  2. unplug the power to your router.
  3. disconnect the power to your modem.
  4. wait at least 45 seconds.
  5 reconnect the modem and wait for it to come back online.
  6 plug in the router and wait for it to come back online.
  7. turn on your laptop and test your connection.
  
  Turn off the power to the adapter:
  1. open Device Manager. (Win Key + R > type devmgmt.msc > OK)
  2. expand the network adapters.
  3. right click on the Ethernet adapter / wireless, and then click Properties.
  4. click on the power management tab.
  5 remove the check mark next to allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

  Reset the TCP/IP settings on your PC:
  1. go to your start screen/menu and type CMD.
  2. right-click on the command prompt icon and select run as administrator.
  3. in the window that opens type "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt" without the quotes and press ENTER.
  4 restart your PC and test.

  1. go to your start screen/menu and type CMD.
  2. right-click on the command prompt icon and select run as administrator.
  3. in the window that opens type "netsh winsock reset" without the quotes, and then press ENTER.

  Reinstall the NIC drivers:
  1. download the drivers from here , but do not run them again.
  2. go to your Start menu/screen and type Device Manager.
  3. expand network adapters.
  4. right click on the wireless adapter and choose uninstall.
  5 install the drivers downloaded in step 1.
  6. restart your PC and test.
  
  Test an ethernet connection:
  Explicit. Test if the problem persists on a wired connection to the adapter hardware troubleshooting wireless can be directed to the appropriate areas.
  
  Test another connection:
  Many people excluded their home network as a problem if another device working on the same network. Networking is not as simple as that. Each device interacts differently with your router or modem and it is impossible to exclude the settings for this device until the laptop has been tested on another network.

On my laptop, I have windows 8 and I installed the right driver. Yet he expect regeister once more my printer and install the driver all over again before finally seeks to print. For me with the amount that I have to print this is does not work!

  Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector)

  It is possible that it is, for some reason, got the wireless off. There is a press of button (Fn - F3 on this laptop, may vary on the switch) which enables / disables wifi on and outside. In addition, you can toggle the wifi device in network and sharing Center, go to edit the card settings. If it does not then it is possible that the driver is corrupted or missing, open the Device Manager and look for whatever it is reported as a problem. Finally, it is possible, that there is a hardware problem in which case it will not show anywhere. This requires a trip to the repair depot.

  Here's a tip for the user on the problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest from the top and bottom. Maybe one of them will help you.

  (1) perform a forced reboot: hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Leave the device to reboot.

  (2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.

  (3) reboot router/Modem: unplug power for 2 minutes and reconnect. Update the Firmware on the router (support Web site of the manufacturer for a new FW check). Also try different bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and different bandwidths (recommended for 2.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth).

  (4) change of Google DNS: settings > Wi - Fi > click the network, delete all the numbers under DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 or otherwise 8.8.4.4

  (5) disable the prioritization of device on the router if this feature is available. Also turn off all apps to VPN and retest the Wi - Fi.

  (6) determine if other wireless network devices work well (other iOS devices, Mac, PC).

  (7) try the device on another network, i.e., neighbors, the public coffee house, etc.

  I have a Windows 10 partition on my MacBook Pro (Early 2015) retina. I use Windows on a regular basis, and recently, I have a lot of problems with my WiFi.   I don't know if this is related to your problem, but using the battery will cause the unit to run in a different way compared to the mode high performance when it is plugged.   I have three computers on my desk. This standard T530 running Windows 10, a ThnkPad E555 running Windows 7 and a Dell running Windows 8. I used all three last Friday. I installed Norton on all three Friday and everything went without a hitch. When I first started their return to the top of this morning, the two others came online as usual. The ThinkPad T530 connected by a router in the company, but has no access to the internet. I can connect to the hotspot on my phone and it connects fine. I tried to turn the WiFi connection and then turn it on again, restart, by killing and restarting the business connection, etc. Nothing changes.

  1. in the properties Atheros AR5BWB222 Wireless Network Adapter, I unchecked the box in the tab property management who read allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

  1 c. Forget exactly where I did, but made certain settings in another? location have been set to "Maximum Performance".
