I want graphic better due to the fact that a lot of my boys want to play PC games does not work because of the graphics card.

Thank you

Ladungan, Yes, you can switch to a dedicated PCI Express x 16 video card.  However, there are three considerations.  First is the power of the power supply (PSU) and the second is the size of the map.  You can determine the power of the PSU in opening the case and by reading the label on.  You can determine the size of the required map by taking measures in the space provided.  Open the case.  Measure from the edge of the case to the opposite side of the motherboard where the PCI Express slot.  It's the approximate card that fits.  In addition, many new cards are double profile (two locations).  These can present problems of space.  Thirdly, it must ensure that the power supply has the connectors appropriate for the video card.  Some require more power.  In this case, you probably need the power supply.  It costs somewhere around $100.

If you like help to choose which card you would work, let us know.  With the power of the PSU, we can make that determination.

  • Satellite A100-207: is it possible to update the graphics card for games

    Hello

I am looking to buy the laptop Toshiba A100-207 and it comes with 128 MB shared graphics.

I would like to play games and I was wondering if I could update the graphics (for example, a nvidia card I could buy and put in) or the fixed graphics?

I just want to know if I am able to upgrade?

    Thank you

    Hello

In my opinion the graphics card or processor is not welded on the new generation of mobile phones. The parts must be simply plugged into the card.
But this does not change the status of the upgrade.
Eventually, you will be able to remove the graphics card but I m sure that you will have problems of compatibility with other hardware.

Fastest graphics card produces more heat and the temperature will automatically increase to a higher level. This would lead to overheating in the question and the laptop would be either closed or not starts.
PC desktop technology is simply different as on laptops. You can also compare different graphics cards. Laptop factory uses only graphics card chips what don t supports a clean cooling module.

It simply says s not possible to update the graphics card.

  • want to update the graphics card

Hello, I want to upgrade my graphics card to run the program video studio pro x 2 to smooth any delay of video editing.

    My Info system is

operating system (Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3 (5.1 - 2600))
    CPU (2-Intel Pentium 4, 3194 MHz, 1024 KB (0% load))

    GFX (ATI Radeon X 300 / X 550 / X 1050 Secondary@1280x1024 Series 16-bit 75 Hz)
hard drive (C:\ (39.51 GB free, Total 74,52 GB))

    Intel 82801FB/FBM PCI Express

now, the current graphics card is the radeon X 300

The camera I use is a Panasonic HDC - SD9

Please, could anyone recommend best suitable graphics cards

    Regards alan

I'm gathering that it is a desktop computer; not a laptop. If it's a laptop, forget it. If it is a desktop computer and has a pci-express slot (I think I understand it does) then you can certainly improve on the x 300, which is a video chip low range. You could also be greatly helped in past 2 GB of memory. You use more than half in slow motion so I'm sure you paginate hard drive in the drive when you actually change video that will slow the system down. You really shouldn't have a high-end gaming video card to edit video. Something like a Radeon HD 4550 should be good:

    map here

A system inherited from P4 3.2 ghz would not be my choice for video editing. Video editing can use all the muscles computer (processing) you can put to use. A processor dual core would be much better, using more modern faster DDR - 2 memory and a faster front side bus. But for about $150 between RAM and a new video card, you can twist the more power you have.

My product no. is COS24PA #ACJ, it's a hp650 laptop and I am using windows 7 as my OS

He can't pass a laptop video card without killing your warranty.

Most laptops even impossible to pass a video card.  Even if you can most of the companies have a locked bios if the laptop does not accept the new gpu.

If you really want to make this lucky in brinking unit is 60% or more

  • Try to update the graphics card for Hp Slimline s3707c

    Hello

I installed a 300w power supply and a 9800gt low profile with PIN 6 connected.  My computer does not read or use it. If it is connected directly the rest monitor orange and shows no display. Is is possible to upgrade this slimline for games?

    Hi wb2001,

Thank you for your useful tips

I use is:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817338042 which has a connector 6 pin. I don't understand power outputs very well so I'm not sure about the requirements of 12V. I use a giant fan to cool my computer and it keeps the temperatures low.

This power supply 400w would work? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817338081. The idea to upgrade thinness comes from this forum with those who have had good results, but honestly I don't understand half of it :http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1224011

I am on a budget and would sincerely like to experience some of the newest games out there, so I'm very grateful for your help!

  • Updated my graphics card for HP Pavilion Elite e9107c?

    Hi all

I want to update my graphics card for my computer, I can barely run settings means on most games these days, I never upgraded a computer in front of either, this was pre-built.

I am aware that the case is really small, but I'm not interested to buy a new computer/case. I want to just buy a graphics card and a power supply so I can run games like Guild Wars 2 and BF3 on medium-high settings. My computer can not handle same BF3 with resolution of 800 x 600, with windows, and graphic down, I get 10 frames per second at most out of it.

Then I would ask, what is the best graphics card that can fit in my computer? And her appropriate food to go with it?

    TECHNICAL DATA:

Computer name: HP Pavilion Elite e9107c

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200(2.33GHz)

Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4350

    Power: 300W

    Motherboard:

    RAM: 8 GB

    32-bit operating system - Windows 7

I am sure that all this is true, if I'm wrong, you can check online, its pre-built and I have not touched since.

I don't know what my motherboard, is the one that comes with the computer, I found this out of a site, and I think it's good, I'm not too sure:

    Motherboard - PEGATRON CORPORATION / model: 1.01 Eureka3

I know either the size of the card, or the power supply.

Whatever it is it would help a lot! My computer is already 3 years old, and I can not play games like TF2 and Skyrim above 800 x 600 with the everything low-medium settings by getting 20 + FPS.

Thanks in advance for the answers, I will add more information, if I listed those are not sufficient.

    Navibol,

Looking at your specifications and the requirements of the games you listed, BF3 is most intense.

    (1) you must measure the length available. See here

    (2) I would recommend the EVGA GTX560 or GTX560Ti, see here

    3) the minimum POWER supply: 560 suggests a 450W power supply, the 560Ti suggests 500W PSU.

I would say the Rosewill 630 or Corsair 600 . I'm the Rosewill this bias.

    # You don't have a 'card' in this model. Starting with 2012 models graphics hardware was inseparable and soldered to the logic board. Looks like this:

If someone could tell me if I can I would be very grateful

    Hello

No, it s not possible to update the graphics card to another.
As you certainly know, the laptop technology is not the same as the desktop PC simply. It s the motherboard technology all just different. You know that heat is a bigger problem for every laptop and generally of designer, developer and manufacturing. In addition, the various interfaces are not equal.

For example: what do you think, why Intel doesn't produce chips with speeds of 10 GHz, 100GHz, or 1000GHz. Because of the heat.

I think that the graphics card performance will produce more heat, and this could lead to overheating problems.
The other graphics card needs another module of cooling and the cooling module must be compatible with the motherboard. Everything needs to be changed (the case design, interfaces, etc.) before the upgrade might be possible. In my view it is simply not possible at the moment.

  • Is it possible to update the graphics card in the Satellite A200-195

Is it posible to upgrade this card for me to play the game of MSTS?

Usually it of not possible to update the graphics cards installed in notebooks!
    Laptop technology is simply different!
The graphics card is attached to the motherboard and it of not possible to remove it in a simple way.

I have always recommended to use the computer to play the game!
If you need the computer for hardcore games you should buy a desktop computer.
Why? Because the latest games need for most fastest graphics card and the desktop PC can be upgraded much easily as a laptop.

But finally it of your choice what you use ;)

    Best regards

    Hi, lawless,

Looks like it's not. (HMM) hardware maintenance manual says about p.82 the microprocessor and the GPU is soldered to the system board. It is in the section on replacing the system board.

If you give a code anything you try to doa or who need to, here another user may be able to tell if the chart Nviidia or Intel is capable of this.

    Hello

Usually it of not possible to update the graphics card. You can't compare the laptop and desktop pc technology. The graphics card on the laptop is a small chip that attaches to the motherboard.
