• How to warn the user that the application is about to disconnect automatically?

  If a user leaves his workstation unattended for a certain period of time, the Apex application disconnects automatically from the server.  The user is not warned about this and if they attempt to save some data on the current page, they don't realize that their data was not recorded until they click on the "Save" button.  At this point, the values of page element empty out and they realize that their data has not been saved.  It is the current page allows many lines to affix and the user can waste a lot of time entering data which will fall into the compartment bits.

  Is it possible to make my Apex application notify the user that the application has been automatically disconnected?

  Better yet, the user can be notified that the app is about to disconnect and the opportunity to extend their session?

  What APEX version do you use?

  The following link, Although unsupported by Oracle, contains a plug-in (I used) for the expiration times of session allowing notifications customized (about to cut etc..).

  If your application wants to collect the location of the user, it will have to ask permission from the user to do so, via the class ApplicationPermissionManager and ApplicationPermissions.PERMISSION_LOCATION_DATA permision.

  The user can say no, and if they are on an enterprise BlackBerry server admin who can block this permission as well. As a best practice, your application should be designed on the permissions function as well as possible without this (and any other).

  I'm trying to put in place an assistant of action for my organization and I'm automating the settings as much as I can.  When you create the wizard of the action, the check box prompt the user is only available for the first 7 actions of the wizard.   After that, I can't uncheck the box.   I open the file and edited values in the .sequ file, but if someone tweaks one framework these changes are lost.

  Is this a bug on the version I'm on?  Acrobat 11.0.6

  I found that work was to move up to actions in the top 7, check the check box prompt the user and then move it down, or go into the .sequ file and change the flag from false to true.

  It is still a bug, but work approximately lets do the work.

  I updated optmistic locking mode. Wil PESSIMIST not allow me to change the data if another user's lock top. So I changed an OPTIMIST.
  Is there a way Warn (do not deny) my user that another user changes the current record, during validation?

  Page layout defined region property "Notify of changes" in the TRUE, your problem will be solved, it will automatically display the error message.

  Thank you for your question, updates are provided by manufacturing or carrier. In the software update application, there is only an option to select the frequency. Are there options in your cell and data settings for this option?

  No, this is not currently supported.  You can use a dialog box inside your own application as you describe.

  You can use the dialog class to create a comprehensive dialogue for the user.  However, this could be a little intrusive.

  I use jdeveloper 11g, I have the choice of a Select on a JSF page that executes a query when the user changes the selection, now I would like to warn the user interaction until the query is complete, I tried to disable the other controls like this:
