Warning of HTML5 RDP...

Is there a way to hide the «the remote computer cannot be authenticated...» Message "continue?" that opens when you connect to a session RDP HTML5 using NLA on Windows 7? "

There should be an option in the bookmark under Windows Advanced options.

Server authentication.  If the server authentication fails: "Connect and don't warn me" should ignore the command prompt.

I assume you're using a device of SRA and by clicking a bookmark HTML5 RDP.

If this is the case what you have to do is click on the "S" shield upward in the upper right

  • Warning "Adobe Flash Player or a HTML5 supported... »

I'm embedding videos YouTube in my DPS folios, and just before they charge a warning appears for a split second. It warns the user that they need to Flash or HTML5 to display content. Anyway it will be disabled? It is causing some of my users to get nervous that something is wrong (even if it starts working almost immediately afterword).

If you add a picture in front of the video overlay, the poster is displayed while video loads, and your users will not see the black Flash message. In addition, it looks better in navigation mode.

With a few videos, I get a warning that I need a HTML5 compatible browser - and I can just not look with 43.0a1 every night

    Every night,RudyvanM said

    43.0A1 every night

Every night is one of the four main channels of Firefox development.

Release of < beta < Aurora (developer edition) < every night

The versions start developing on channel every night and move/merge to channel following as a version is available. On channel every night can be more than a work in progress.

Every night and Aurora gets updates almost every day because of check-ins each of these days. Every night is for more testers and developers vs browser every day.

Its plausible that something related html5 does not work in your version of Nightly or website does not recognize Firefox 43.0a1 and may be looking for say 40,0 Release.

  • How to do HTML5 videos works again?

I've recently updated for Firefox 35 and now HTML5 videos will not work. I have NoScript, but disabling or removing it does not solve the problem. Switching in safe mode does not solve the problem. The problem is solved using a fresh profile or removing the prefs.js file, but this is not an option for me, as all my settings from scratch would be tedious hassle with that I wouldn't rather deal with restoration.

I know that the problem is with the update for Firefox 35 precisely because everything was working fine before and stopped working after. To be absolutely certain, I turned on my laptop that had the exact same extensions and settings imported to it from this computer with FEBE earlier. He used the 34.0.5 version and all was well with this version. I tested it with the site of the vine, all the videos worked. It also downloaded the update for Firefox 35 in the background and as soon as I restarted, the HTML5 videos were broken.

It's certainly something that Mozilla has changed but I forgot to change/remove an old framework which is scrub place works. If I could just figure out which lines in the prefs.js file was causing the problem, I would delete/change myself in Notepad.

For the record, I already had media.windows - media - foundation.enabled set to false. Videos that use Flash seem to work. I think Vimeo using HTML5, but it is the site of Flash videos not only that I could find that still works. Flash and Java have been updated the most recent versions.

    COR - el said

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

As I said, safe mode does not solve the problem. He is not one of my extensions. I tried to disable hardware acceleration earlier, but wasn't it no more.

Your list of details of the system shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time you start Firefox.
The user.js file is present than if you or another software has created this file and normally it wouldn't be here.

It has only these two lines:
    user_pref ("protocol - handler.warn - external .dnUpdate", false);
    user_pref ("browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash", false);

Sure they are related to the extension, so I don't touch them.

There the prefs of media who do not by default?

    • Media.*. Enabled

As I said, media - media.windows - foundation.enabled is set to false and it was the only entry with this search term that was not established by default. I changed to true and restarted and it fixed everything. Funniest, however, do the opposite was a solution proven for people with this problem in the past. This site says to do. You have said to do! https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/questions/961627

So, anyone read this for future use, you may or may not have changed this setting later in 2013. Firefox 35 requires you to change back. Problem solved.

    Kind regards
    Feraud

    Hi Feraud,

Thanks for posting your query in the Microsoft Community Forums.

According to the description of the problem, it seems that the remote desktop connection is blocked on the target computer.

I will certainly help you with this issue.

Here are some methods that you can try in order to solve the problem.

Method 1: Temporarily disable the antivirus from Symantec and check.

Warning: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you do not disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time that your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Method 2: Change the listening port for remote desktop and check.

  • RDP users have difficulty of connection

We have a Windows Server 2012 RDP server that has been in production for several months.  Today many users have trouble connecting, we get an error, "the remote session was disconnected because the client access license Remote Desktop on this computer has been modified."

If I delete HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing, and then customers can connect once or twice, but then the error again.

I have not found that anything of note on the other server that the certificate has expired.  I generated a new self-signed cert and warning went off.  Other thoughts?

This question proved to be an IP address conflict with a thin client that had just been connected to the network.
