  ExportPDF is not "a program"; This is a subscription service that is used on Acrobat Reader.

  Download & install Acrobat Reader DC (older versions no longer work), and then sign in with your Adobe ID and ExportPDF will be once more at your disposal.

  When you convert a pdf document to jpeg format, there are adjustment possibilities using which you can reduce the size of the document.

• PSD files in CS5 ID printing from a PDF exported with visible edges

  Hi all

  Sorry if this has been posted before, but I did a search and came up with nothing.

  I have an IDCS5 file that has a picture of PS CS5 placed in it.

  The image of PS CS5 is a circle which is paritally coming to overlap a gray background and a white background. The circular image does not have a clipping path or an alpha channel saved - it's a circular image on a transparent background.

  When I export to a PDF file using the setting of "High quality print" and then print it, printing out resulting has a vaguely color ranging in the circular PSD file where it overlaps the gray background of square shape.

  Any ideas? Please let me know if you need any additional info from me.

  The problem discussed in the link matches the how the printer or RIP processes the file, rather than the way the file itself is built. Is this index on pressure plates? Using the same printer that you have always used? Don't have they improved their equipment?

• Line exports as a flat PSD file. Can I export in multilayer file? If this isn't the case, that will happen later?

  Adobe online app exports the background 'imported' background and work together as a psd file flat layer. How separate the white empty or imported and export only the top layer? Preferably I would like to export the two layers in a psd layered file.

  Yes, Firefox 4.0 is a more advanced than 3.6.16 version.

  Mozilla made the updates of security for older versions of long after a new version of Firefox is available. 3.5.18 Firefox came out at the same time that 3.6.16, and both are scheduled for another update daily now.

  OK, so not sure if this is possible, but it would be a great time for me if possible gain, so I throw it out there.

  I often work on spec sheets to work in InDesign and when I finished, I have preset PDF export settings for Print and Web. Printing has all the markings of bleed and printer, and one, web well... you get the idea.

  For now, I need to run export separately; so I do my export to a PDF print... and then I make my export to obtain a PDF optimized for Web.

  These are separate tasks, but surely there must be a script or another way to get InDesign just export the two PDF files at the same time, respecting the presets they are posted.

• Somehow, I lost my additional address books when I imported a .csv file. They where all there and I can't find the other 2 so pls help

  I had provided both with Thunderbird and I imported a new address book via .csv. Everything was good until somewhere, I closed this address book and the other two have disappeared. What could have happened, or how can I get these back?

  The two default in Thunderbird address books are staff and collected books. Neither of these can be deleted, so I have to guess that you turned off the directory pane in the window of the sort address book and simply cannot see them.

  Open the address book window.
  In the menu bar select pane display-in page-directory

  If you do not have a menu bar display in address book address book window, press the alt key to make it appear.

• . I have Windows Vista Home Premium. When I try to play a video file that is attached to my Windows Mail, playing audio but the video is not displayed on the screen.

  Because video (photo) is not shown there is no window to control me, IE; delete, stop. I have to wait until the audio stop. I can even click on another email and the audion continues until it stops on its own. Very frustrating.

  I've recently updated to IE9 and this problem started. I can see the other attachments, photos, etc., but must double-click on the icon of attachment (paperclip) displayed next to the email listed. Attachment icon does not appear with the body of the message. There is also a change from my old e-mail program used before you download IE9. I think I liked much better IE8!

  At my work, all except 2 computers are Macs. I'm one of the only Windows machines. I created an Excel file which I want everyone at the office to access and modify. We have put on the Mac server and changed the permissions for everyone to read and write. I also had that done on the Windows machine before placing it on the server. However, people on Mac machines can open, change it and save it without problem. But if one of the machines Windows opens, modifies and saves, it restores the Mac machines to read-only.   Since both applications work correctly on some other user accounts except the account of a user that can occur if this user account is damaged.
  You will need to create a new user account and then transfer the file and the settings of the user account damaged to the new user account.

  Today, I can't print black.  The documents are great dimmed or blank pages come out.  I use a MacBook 2007, 10.6.8.  What else do you need to know?
