We evaluate EchoSign to receive information from credit card and CVV customer payment against a contract.

EchoSign PRO is appropriate, because it does not support the advanced form fields?  This is a team or company/Global? Or it is recommended to integrate the CC data fields in our own PDF form with the idea that data in transit are wrapped in SSL and 256 BIT AES?

Hello

A Pro EchoSign's subscription allow for the field data to hide, and implementation of this property is quite fast with the creator of the form tool.

To hide fields, follow these simple steps.

(1) connect to your EchoSign account and download the document and make sure u check the box 'overview, positioning the signatures or add form fields '.
(2) this will take you to the page where you owe the fields of the form (boxes).
(3) now, click on the tab that says data fields along the top, just above the Signature block (in red color).
(4) This opens the options for data fields. Select the 'text field' and place it at the required place.
5) double click on this text field, and the Properties menu opens for the field.
(6) to the top of the Properties menu, you will find a checkbox indicating the data mask field, select this check box and save the changes and you're ready to go!

The hidden field data will be not visible by any later signer of the document and won't be able to see - on the final PDF.

To retrieve domain information, you can shoot a CSV of the data in the field of the transaction. This can be done by transaction tab Manage EchoSign, or History tab if you create a reusable document.

For simplicity, we recommend that you create the document as a reusable template because the export of tab history will give you a full history every time.

One thing to note with credit card numbers is you want to penetrate the body of 16 numbers two fields.

Opening a CSV file in Excel truncates a number to 15 significant digits, and you want all 16.
