  Acrobat 9 is quite old and not longer supported. The last Windows OS that could use Acrobat 9 has Windows 7 and Acrobat had to have all updates applied.

  You need to upgrade to Acrobat DC.

  Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

  You will need to have the original CD of Office Student and teacher available to installation installation. If she has been pre-installed by your OEM when you purchased your computer, you will need to get the disks to reinstall.  Go back to where you bought your copy and see if they will provide records. (This may likely not).

  Is watching the guys, I think not that this is a 7 days without some kind of sleep problem, but I can't work out why Windows Media Player 12 will not rip a CD I put it in, I get an error message saying that Windows Media Player cannot find the file I'm tearing and maybe it is moved renamed or deleated in the meantime that my CD is in the CD/DVD drive waiting to be fooled on my laptop Windows 7 64-bit. I ripped the CD loads before but I had to reinstall a complete a month ago, and this is the first time I tried to extract anything on my laptop.
