  Hello, here is the whole of it.  I recently bought a card XFX ATi Radeon HD 4650 1 GB DDR2 video AGP8x.  I uninstalled my old graphics card driver and took out my old nvidia card.  I threw in the radeon and started my computer.  Now it starts windows and the bubble 'new hardware found' in the bar tasks appear, 1 saying he concluded a 'video something.' As this bubble appears, my computer slows down as if the RAM has been withdrawn, and after about 30 seconds, it is a gel closely.  I can't install my drivers for the radeon and I have to turn off manually my computer is not responding.

  You will need to use a full copy of Windows XP.  Should be a sticker with the product key on the side of your desk or below if it is a laptop.

  Once you have this drive, you can reinstall Windows XP.  After you have installed all the software and drivers, you will be able to transfer all your data to the new HARD drive.

  If you don't have a copy of Windows XP, you can probably get a copy of the recovery from the manufacturing of computer media.  Just to provide the model and serial number and they should sent it.
