• Some Web pages does not

  For the past two weeks, some specific Web pages is not loading in Chrome and Safari. For example, Amazon, Twitch and many other sites load very quickly and works perfectly, however sites like Netflix, and a few pages of forums refuse to load at all. As soon as I go into Web pages that I got an error saying that no data received response empty error 'ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE '.

  What application are you when you mention that you "use the web" and can not see the dashboard and toolbar?

  If you use Safari, the menu bar, are you able to click View > actual size?   Otherwise try file > close all windows in Safari.

  Have you restarted the computer?  Many times this will reset all default settings, including the sizes of windows.

  Also, check system preferences > display and make sure that the option "by default to display" is selected for the resolution.

  If we had a coffee spill on our laptop, which now causes some keys to support every now and then by themselves (quite often in fact), most often it is the Enter key that gets stuck. I believe that this 'feature' combined adequately with the mouse left/right clicks caused some glitch a Web page where the appropriate combination happened, empty load now.

  Today, it happened to my gmail account: through the mails, I noticed something happening on the screen (has been too quick to see what it was, but of course, at least the entry key was stuck) but after that, I can only load gmail with basic HTML, not in the standard display. The other affected page is www.w126-forum.de, empty plain charges. With explore, the German page loads very well.

  Several times when you are unable to access the Windows Update web page, it is either caused by a firewall block or a type virus infection.  I suggest to turn off your firewall and then test Windows Update.  Don't forget to re-enable it as soon as you are finished testing.  If you are still not able to access it with the firewall off, then I suggest a more aggressive scan for issues.  Use not only your AVG but run an online scanner as well.  These links have some great info about viruses and anti-virus programs:

• Link on the Web page does not work in published HTML project

  I use 8.01 Captivate and created a project with a link to a URL of page web (I did by the insertion of the text links).  It works perfectly when I publish as an executable.

  Customer has requested that we publish now in the form of HTML/SWF file.  The link URL (set to open in a new window) does not this version.

  I changed the link at a click box with the action to open the web page in a new window.  Again, it works when you publish an executable file, but not when I publish to HTML.

  The OUTPUT of course links also do not work in the HTML version.

  We use IE11 to launch the HTML file.

  Any help will be greatly appreciated!

  It seems to be a problem with the Flash security settings.

  Please follow the steps (these steps are for Firefox and IE) below:

  1. Publish the project to a folder on the c drive.
  2. Open the html of the published output.
  3. Do the right click on the screen and go to global settings.
  4. Go to the advance tab.
  5. Scroll down and click on trusted location settings.
  6. Click Add > add folder and navigate to your published folder and add it. (You can also add full lecteurC so that you don't have to do it again for all projects)
  7. Click on confirm and then close it.
  8. Now, re - open the html file and try to view attachments.

  These parameters are only made when you view the content locally. If you place the output on any server, then you must not make these settings.
