Web Viewer URL

If I select all the parameters correctly, how or where do get the URL of my Viewer?

example:

http://ContentViewer.Adobe.com/s/com.ensemble.customstorefront/ddc2a5e 52a4840bfbf741edcf3087c65/May/PDF%20WORD.html

If you enable all of your settings properly, build an application development with active social sharing and then share an unprotected article. This will give you your link.

  • Only the URL of published non-Web Viewer URL of social sharing links

Initially, I created an application multi-folio DPS App Builder (Social sharing enabled according to the instructions), but I forgot to activate the Web Viewer on my account.

This, by the documentation under Enable Web Viewer in this article: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/digitalpubsuite/using/WS9293e1fb3b977c5c-6c5b4101331de1fd6a-80 00.primeras html, causes all SHARED links to the URL of the Publication. Oops!

I have activated since the Web Viewer, republished my Folio AND generated by my app, and the share button Social in the application displays the URL of Publication and not the Viewer Web URL.

I just need to be patient?  It has been a few hours.

Also: is it possible to get the URL Web Viewer outside the sharing through the app?

  • Item is not available in web viewer

Although my content, collections and page layouts are published, when I connect to my web Viewer URL and browse in an article, the page displays an error message:

    We're sorry

    This article is not available

    bhg-not-available.jpg

Any recommendations as to the action, I'm missing?

It looks like the content is being measured in your application. The collection in which appear the articles has a product associated with ID. When you change the product ID in the table of edge products & subscriptions, it occupies to the object or restricted? If you set the ID of the collection in fr., all items within the collection will be available. If you do not want this collection to be free - if you want to require a purchase or log - then you need to change the properties of the article and change the access to the Article of 'Aerosol' or 'Protected' to 'free '. Publish and check again.

If this does not work, let us know.

  • URL of Web viewer links

We have implemented a web viewer integrated by following the instructions on this page:

    http://www.Adobe.com/devnet/digitalpublishingsuite/articles/embedded-Web-Viewer.html

Here is a link to the results:

    http://www.forconstructionpros.com/Viewer?WV=s%2FSustainable%2520Construction%2F049ab0e6b2 f34f82813b4b7b3f57067a%2FSust%2520Fall%25202014%2520v29%2FCover.html

There is unexpected behavior when clicking on URL links (try on the second page).

The linked URL opens in the same browser instead of opening a new window.

Because of this, when you click the back button in the browser, it takes back you to the coverage because there is only a single URL for the spectator to all the embedded web.

On the other hand, here's an example of a web viewer embedded.

By clicking on a link on this page, opens a new browser window, so when the viewer closes this window, they can continue to read the magazine where they had left him.

How to change that? Is this something that can be done with the way the integrated web viewer is built?

Is there a workaround in how the URL links have been built in InDesign?

    Please advise,

    Dave

In the hyperlink overlay Panel, be sure to set the link to open it in the browser of the device and not the browser in app, and then update the folio of the DPS dashboard

  • How to include Web only in the custom web viewer

Hi, I have published "renditions" folio iPad being incorporated in a web viewer customized on the website of the company. I created a Web rendering only in order that it appears in the web viewer custom, but rendering of the iPad, it's what always incorporates. It seems that the Web don't watch on the Adobe viewer welcomed Web, not the company site. Is there a different URL to the Web only folio I should use? Where can I find that? Thank you.

Hi, have confirmed the account where you created a web only rendering has the URL hosting on the Administration page accounts? I wonder if he this interpretation was created using a separate account. In case you haven't seen the devnet article on the web viewer configuring integrated, it's here.

I'll you private message for more information.

  • web viewer embedded in https

Wonder just if someone gets integrated web viewer to show in https.

According to this link http://www.adobe.com/devnet/digitalpublishingsuite/articles/embedded-web-viewer.html , accommodation URLS can be http or https. However, it doesn't seem to work

    Thanks in advance.

Adobe for Web content viewer (web viewer) is not supported via SSL connections at this time. We apologize for the confusion, but the document is not correct. We are working to remove the reference to the HTTPS address.

  • Web Viewer and editor of marketing (article Allen)

My client publish folio free and retail, and we want to understand how to use the Web Viewer via links (url) or through more traditional campaign vehicles. He wants to send a message to Facebook/Twitter like this:

We have published this publication ipad 'XXXXX '! Please get a glimpse of some article here (link to web viewer).

And then buy it on iTunes Store!

So I have a few questions:

    (1) folio free ipad are visible in the web viewer with no limitation (it's ok).

    (2) free folio - Viewer web only - which never launched an iPad app and use only the web viewer. (it's ok).

    (3) the problem is the folio of detail, try to think of this structure:

    Article 1 (free)

    Article 2 (free)

    Article 3 (free)

    Article 4 (aerosol)

    Article 5 (aerosol)

    Article 6 (protected)

    Article 7 (protected)

    Article 8 (protected)

    Article 9 (protected)

    Article 10 (protected)

    Article 11 (free)

Links to article counter display on desktop content without any limitation.

If a user with this link can see all the article (also protected)! Is it possible to use a limitation for desktop users?

In a folio detail (as you describe in #3), users who click or press the link can see all folios free and none of the folios protected (unless they have right). They will be able to view the items counter, but only until they reach the threshold that specifies the editor. After that, the rest of the items are protected by a paywall.

This applies to both built-in web viewers. However, with a web viewer integrated, you can give right to users to connect and consult the content that they have right to.

  • Web viewer error - you are not authorized to view this page

    Hello everyone

I have a problem with my webviewer. The web viewer displays the following error "you are not authorized to view this page.

Please follow this link to see the printscreen: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/708/v1d6.jpg/

I checked the parameters of my account of the request:

-Enable the web content viewer: checked

    -Hosting URL: ok

    -Redirect URL: ok

So I checked my Folio publication settings

    -Publish Folio: NOW

    -STATUS: Public and free

    -Product ID: is correct.

I also checked the box right edge binding.

I checked the settings on the phone with the help of adobe and it seems that it is correct.

I create my web page the file Sample.zip available in the Adobe documentation page-based web viewer (Embedding, content in your web page to web viewer)

My account Id is correct (checked through the IPAD app)

My wv Param is OK also

I am sure of that because I can reach my folio via the direct URL "content.viewer.adobe.com/my way."

The problem is that the folio do not appear in the webviewer in my index.html page. I don't have the error message in the Viewer, this error message is probably from an Adobe server.

    Please can you help me?

    Concerning

The only time where this unauthorized error is when there is a problem with the URL of your accommodation. To ensure that your content can be hosted on a site not authorized by you, as the owner of the content, we check that the accommodation on your account URL is the URL that hosts the content. If you see this error and can reach your folio via the direct URL to contentviewer.adobe.com, this means that the URL of your accommodation is not configured correctly. Once you set the URL of your accommodation, your content will be visible on contentviewer.adobe.com; It will redirect to the URL of your accommodation. You said that you have checked the URL of your accommodation, but from your description, looks like it has not been properly defined on the specified account. If you still have difficulties, we can help if you provide your account information and folio.

    Thank you

  • Web Viewer or questions!

I read the instructions from Adobe for creating a compatible application because I want some apps have versions web viewer.

Am I right in assuming that in the "URL of Publication" box in the App Builder, I put a web page address to empty?

I've seen other applications use this feature and the URL need me always starts by ' http://ContentViewer.Adobe.com ...'

Is this a feature of that each user DPS can take advantage, or is it only Enterprise?

    Thank you

The Publication URL must be a real site that provides information about your application. If users share an article you set left as protégé, clicking on the shared link displays this page.

The Social sharing feature is for Pro and Enterprise, not the simple edition.

  • Web Viewer links

Is it possible to find the web link to your folio without sharing your article?

    It is safe.

    Open this article:

    http://www.Adobe.com/devnet/digitalpublishingsuite/articles/embedded-Web-Viewer.html

Scroll down to the section of the topic:

"How to manually build a web viewer setting.

While this article describes the recipe of the URL for the web viewer that is integrated, it applies also to the standard web viewer as well. Just adding "http://contentviewer.adobe.com/" before the string starting with "s ////

The instructions to find your account GUID are just a bit low Pluss in the same article.

    I hope this helps.

This message when trying to view the folio in a Web Viewer. The URL was built, based on the article http://www.adobe.com/devnet/digitalpublishingsuite/articles/embedded-web-viewer.html

I have configured the folio to be Public and free, inside the folio, Article access of the artcile earch attribute are defined in the aerosol.

    What else am I missing?

It's working now. There is a time lag between completing producer Folio edition and be available in Web Viewer. Usually a few minutes or more.

Seems that the ISSE could be that he was 'Private', very easy to miss this when you publish.

  • Ad Mob in a Web view?

    Hello

I want some ads on my AIR apps playbook, the only way I could think to do was to have a web site discovers with a banner of admob in it. Has anyone tried this or something similar?

Some people have trouble using AdMob ads in anything other than the native implementations provided by Google.  They prohibit accounts with sites that seem to be the mobile web because they no longer allow that.

Another option would be to use the HTML-based banners, where the network does not care where they are shown.  I used LeadBolt with good success, given their advertising banners are pure HTML/Javascript.

I just did a quick video tutorial on creating a HTML upward in a Web view using LeadBolt.  Should be portable anywhere, you can load html...

    No you don't really have.

    And you shouldn't, because:

    (a) as much as I know there is no performer 4.7 devices that cannot be upgraded to 5.0

    (b) the proportion of 4.7 devices autour is very small, so it is a small market

    (c) there is a lot of work

    (d) the results are not as good

    (e) a person on this forum will be able to help you.

RIM do not support the OS 4.7 for WebView, so if nothing else has convinced you, it must give the impression that you should not try to develop for OS 4.7.

Really should have said that it is just my opinion...
