  Firefox would use a profile previously used folder if this user would use the same Windows account.
  It is always better to give each user their own Windows user account and protect your own account with a password if you are concerned about privacy issues.

• Is this possible: creating a website (with videos, galleries, etc.) with Muse and host locally on a laptop for presentations of companies

  I work for an advertising agency that did a LOT of pitching, and we are trying in our interactive presentation beyond this Keynote, Powerpoint, Prezi, etc. can do. Mainly because overall they are too linear.

  What I want to do, is to create a Web site running on the presenter's Mac laptop without having to depend on an internet connection. I am able to create the Muse website and it works exactly how I want in "Preview in browser". Now I want to know if it is possible to publish so that I can move all of the files needed to another laptop to allow the site to run locally (a kind of fake Server possibly on the laptop) and not a hosting service.

  I hope I explained that well enough. I'm a bit out of my wheelhouse to this topic, so I'll just try see if it is within the realm of the possible. Thanks in advance for any help!

  Is asking a lot of a laptop but of course... my Asus s500ca has a 12r2 server sitting inside hyper-v and I could/ temp running an iss him.

  What lack you in CPU power is a little done for by the fact that everything is together but understand it would be only a demo work IE one or even two (maximum) systems running together so don't try to run muti-systems of it or you will cook your laptop.

  Make the site of Muse or Dreamweaver is not serious as an iss just follow the normal rules of internet and Muse will make you a nice http folder that you can download for it.

  PS iss sucks like as much ram as you can give her so go ahead and put another couple of concert to... I use hyper-v for mine, but you could of course also make it on a vmware workstation if cela floots your boat.

  I'll let the following suggestions in the feedback page but want to talk about it here as well:

  I suggest you add the following settings of the browser in future versions of Firefox OS:

  • Sync (bookmarks, history, open tabs, passwords (also with the master password enabled!))
  • Adding other search engines like Duckduckgo
  • Cookie settings (for example excluding 3rd party cookies,...)
  • Remember passwords
  • Master password
  • Clear private data (clear now, always clear when you leave)

  I think it's important that the browser "Firefox" on your own "Firefox" OS platform provide at least the same features as on Android.

  But I must admit, I'm very happy with my new Alcatel One Touch fire E with Firefox OS 2.0. Thanks to the developers!

• I delete a specific cookie and it reappears automatically. How to permanently remove a cookie? I'm not on the website, but the cookie will not go away.

  I went in and deleted my cookies and I closed my options and then returned and one in particular was back. So I completely closed FireFox, it has reopened and left on empty FireFox homepage. Then I went and remove said cookie again, but no matter how many times I delete it, it just reappears. I'm not on this website, it will not go away.

  I delete all my cookies with the exception of the 5 or 6 that are Web sites that I visit daily. I went and deleted all cookies and cookie above was successfully deleted.

  I have a new laptop Toshiba Satellite L850 which is set up to my belkin wireless router.
  I can connect to Web sites such as tesco/asda/facebook etc etc but for some reason cant get on the likes of msn/microsoft/ebay etc.

  Any ideas what the problem might be or how to fix?

  This morning, I experienced problems using several websites via Firefox. Well, all these sites seem to be working through IE and Chrome. I tried a few maintenance base (restart, virus scan, clear the caches), but the problem persists:

  Issues include:

  Jolt TV: Busy symbol. No video shown
  Reddit: Cannot send messages. After you have reset the cache, I can't login is no longer
  Yahoo mail: see the list of messages. However when I click on a message to open it, nothing happens, so I can't read the mail
  Azubu TV: Difficult to web page format

  I wonder if this is related to any of the facilities that I made recently? It is:

  Have you tried to open Firefox in Safe Mode?

  In case you are not aware, Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  • In Firefox 29,0 and above, click on the menu button

    

    click Help

    

    then select restart with disabled modules.

  • In previous versions of Firefox, click on the Firefox button in the upper left of the Firefox window and click help (or click on help in the Menu bar, if you do not have a Firefox button) and click on restart with disabled modules.

  If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Mode safe mode as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
  • On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
    (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)

  When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

  

  If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  I am currently using a product called Deep Freeze on my desk that resets the computer on the setting "frozen" to reboot. The issue I'm having is that I can't remember bookmarks, history, cookies and other data when browsing with Firefox. I was able to redirect IE but can't seem to find a way to do that easily with Firefox.

  You can do this by creating a new profile and choose a custom for the profile folder location.

  To create a new profile to follow the instructions in the article create a new profile for Firefox on Windows , but in last step, you click on the button Choose a folder to specify where the profile is kept.

  A warning regarding where you create this profile folder.

  (Copied from the mozillazine knowledge base) A profile folder is not automatically created when you choose the location of the folder to your new Firefox profile. Any file you select becomes the profile folder. If you want to choose a location for your new profile, do not select a folder that contains existing data. You must create an empty folder (preferably with the same name as the new profile) and then select that folder in the Profile Wizard. Note: If your operating system does not provide a "New folder" button in the Profile Wizard, you must manually create the new folder.

  If the folder that you select for the new profile contains files non-Mozilla (for example "my documents" on Windows), your profile data will be be mixed with non-Mozilla data. This can result in the loss of all the data in this file, including the non-Mozilla files, if you subsequently delete the profile.

• All my plug-ins are updated, as well as Firefox itself, yet I can not download images (my art) on several websites (tumblr, facebook, deviantart, etc.). Why?

  If you look at the images under license on the site of Stock, you will see a watermark. However, if you save the in your library of CC or at your desk, you won't see the watermark.

  I get an error code 310 on a contact/contactus.php one Web page.  I did research online, erased the history of navigation, cache, cookies, etc. from "beginning of time".  I have checked the clock on the computer for synchronization, verified extensions, etc.  I use Google Chrome as my browser, and because all my devices are "synchronized" this problem extends on all devices.  I found a site where a person has contact Microsoft support, and Microsoft has solved the problem, which turned out be a sort of minor correction coding.  Correction information was not shared on the website.  I noticed that Microsoft charges a one-time charge of $80.00 or an annual fee of $290.00 for technical assistance.  It would be nice to escape the payment of a fee to fix a problem with a Web page.  Unfortunately, the Web page is quite important in my life, so I have to have the problem solved by a person.  I don't know who that someone will be at the present time.  Thought I'd start by posting the question on the forum I thank you for reading and reviewing this application.

  This problem was caused by a problem of Web site.  The site has since corrected their problems and there has been no difficulty new connection with the link to the Web site.  Thank you for your patience.
