  I have a Xperia Z3 Compact and use the pre-installed Sony calendar app. For my contacts, I use my gmail account.

  I've connected my Xperia and my MacBook with my gmail account and use it for all my contacts and my calendar. I have 4 out of 70 contacts where I do not see the birthday of my calendar. All other birthdays of contacts appear in all my different calendars: online (gmail), my Xperia App on my MacBook. But a few contacts only appear on my Macbook and online (Google Calendar and Gmail AddressBook). Whatever I do, the will appear not on my xperia calendar application (birthday appears in the address book).

  The settngs are the same and I found a post with solutions, but I don't want to delete all the entries in my calendar for an update of my contacts.

  My software and version of android are up-to-date.

  This can be achieved using some dynamic measurements, to hide the region if the calendar is the display month view when loading the page and to show/hide the region when you click the list/month selector.

  There are a few things to check, I start with the troubleshooting steps in this document.  Make sure that the ventilation openings are not blocked as described in this document.  Indicate the ink levels?  Be aware that running cleaning cycles will use ink and should not be done, except if necessary.

  Also note that the printer must always have a power connection power - power off the printer from a switch taken or similar external switch can cause problems with the printheads, drying out, it will use more ink, like an automatic cleaning cycle aggressive mre will run because the printer loses track of how long it's been since the last print job.

  Impose should not be the task of the designer, it is the task of the printer. You need to export single pages and bring them to your printer, if you need to make a small pamphlet, export as PDF and print as brochure of the Acrobat print dialog box. So that you can avoid postscript.

  When the two branches of the UNION query the same table, there is usually a more effective way: something that only requires a pass through the table.
