  I think if the VUSB Installer runs through without any problems then you shouldn't have this problem.  I think it would be useful to disable the firewall or any internet security on your computer for the installation to be successful. Do try this and post back here for no results.

• Sony Blu - ray HBD - T79 does Streaming Netflix

  Machine is less than a year. Working fine until recently. I can connect to Netflix & select video. When the video starts to load (about 2 seconds), a blue vertical line flashes on the left of the screen & I find myself in the main menu of blu - ray players. Amazon, youtube, hulu, etc. everything still works. I spent over 3 hours with Sony technical support but all they do is move me around & I have to explain the problem to each person over & over & above. After the 3rd call to them they sent me a disc of the M13 Firmware update. R.0491 which I installed it, but it made no difference. I tried all technical support told me to do it several times. I also was on the phone with technical support from Netflix and they could not help either (called twice and spoke to 2 different people). I can still play Netflix on my PC & my laptop (so I don't think that my network is the problem. However, I tried the blu - ray on wireless & wired without result. I want to send the machine to Sony for repair but they claim, there must be a problem with my network (I think it's a problem of software inside the machine). How can I get Sony to take it seriously? My 1 year warranty is about to expire. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. Tim

  This question is difficult to determine what is at fault. The problem is all the other work of services except Netflix. If you don't have a second account, you can try, you can make one with a free 30-day trial of Netflix and test this.

  Lightroom creates a DVD that can be played on other computers.  This includes slideshows.  If you want to be able to show your DVD into a Blu - ray or standard DVD player connected to the TV, then you must use a software that will create the DVD in the proper format.  You might consider ProShow Gold, or Adobe Premiere Elements or similar programs.  According to its capabilities and your TV, you might be able to simply display a regular data DVD images.  My TV has an entry for a flash drive.  I can load the images to a flash drive and view them directly.  But if you want to show your slideshow on your TV, you need to author with appropriate software.

  I'm having a problem with the DSC-WX350 seeing "ghosts" of the pictures after having been withdrawn to a computer.

  If I pop the camera card, stick it in a card reader and move photos the camera on my computer, as soon as I put the card in the WX350 seem to see fake photos files moved: it acts as if they were still there (info, date taken, keeps in the County of photo, etc.) but only shows an error "Unable to display" gray.

  Per this message on the card need to be formatted, I made several times now to try to circumvent the problem: formatting through the camera, formatting through the computer, formatting the computer, then the camera...
