What could be simpler to clean an iMac to a trusted family member?
I want to give my iMac to the granddaughter and she is trustworthy. I managed to get rid of contacts, photos, emails, addresses adverse safari, but what is the best way to clean so there is none of my personal information left on it?
Wipe the inside drive and reinstall the OS, then it can safely be given to Gran.

I spent hours on web sites looking for advice clean my iMac - they were all dead ends. I send a question to this 'Community' first, but must have done it badly because there was no trace of it. I now have the beach on this computer ball effect. Are there places I can delete cookies etc to help out? Thank you for your help.

Don't know what's happening, you do not give a lot of information, but if you have the constant beachballing (spinning wait cursor), which could mean that the hard drive is dying.
Open Console.app in Applications > utilities. Filter, called "String Matching," right, high enter "I/o" without the quotes. What happens when you do this?

Probably nothing, it's probably a fluke. Try resetting the SMC and the PRAM by iMac Intel SCM and reset the PRAM. If this does not work, try a USB keyboard to test, if it works then your original keyboard has failed and must be replaced.

Folder 1 is books with a 3.19 GB size
2 user Tosh folder, if I aanklik then it asks me

It seems that the system C partition is full.
You can move files such as mp3, images or the docs to the D partition.
You can also run CCLeaner to clean and remove the time stored files.
Its possible that there are some files/data on the C drive that could be deleted using CCleaner -

FWIW... Windows Movie Maker 2.6 is not an update... it's a disassembled
version for systems that will not run Vista Movie Maker 6.The new version... would be Windows Live Movie Maker. It is quite
different from version 6. If you decide to try it... plan on creating
a new project because your version 6 files probably will not

Please follow the steps below:
1. Uninstall CC program and features
2. run cleaning CC tool: use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
3. install Creative Cloud again, download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications

My Mozilla Firefox is a little buggy! What could be the reason?
My Mozilla Firefox behaves weird lately. I don't know how to explain this while I posted a picture below. This product only when I opened two or more TABS. When a tab is open, everything seems fine. But when I open another tab, I can see small squares that change their position and show especially in the navigation toolbar, but sometimes also in the browser (as in this case).
I have no idea what this could be. I tried to update my Firefox, that completely uninstall and install everything from scratch. Nothing has changed.
It does not appear in Internet Explorer 11 or in latest Chrome but only in Firefox.
I guess that's maybe another program which is associated with Firefox, but I can't find the solution.
If anyone has had a similar experience, please let me know how you solved it.
PS hope you can see in this photo the little squares. I scored the with the Red arrows.

Time to do some basic troubleshooting to locate your customizations (or combination of mods) which is causing that.
Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:
- Click the menu button
click Help
then select restart with disabled modules.
If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:
- On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
- On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
- On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
(you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."
If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.
To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.
