  It is quite low.  for some programs, it would be inappropriate.

  biggest problems is perhaps your ram.  you need at least 4 GB.  8 would be desirable to better and 16.

  and the biggest problem could be your operating system.  you have to win 7 or better.  and for some programs, you need the 64 bit os.

I download and installed Oracle WebLogic Server 11 g Rel (10.3.3) 1 by using the generic installer for the 64-bit java, but there seems to be no http server although they say there is! Most likely I'm doing something wrong but Setup is completed successfully, but nothing is running on port 7001.

  Well, you have two options:
  -Use the distro of BCI WebTier utility SST. (Use 11.1.1.3 version, you need the two distributions 11.1.1.2 and 11.1.1.3)
  -Use the distro DB Companion Disk OSH.

  I installed Windows 8.1 operating system 64-bit, x 64 based processor. With this operating system, I am unable to find drivers for 3 devices.

  (1) video cards

  AMD Radeon HD 8500 M, I installed Catalyst Software suit AMD, but it is not activate dedicated memory.

  (2) other devices

  PCI encryption/decryption controller

  Unknonwn devices

  I tried to look for the drivers with the HP website, but once again, I am unable to find drivers.
