• Several blue screens: Windows 7 Home Premium: what can I do else?

  I got this Dell N5110 and one blue screening during the 9 months.  I got the replacement of the hard drive with the Dell Diagnostics indicating otherwise by car tool.  I get various blue screen corrupted with Page Pooling, code, images of memory, and I'm here are more.

  The computer came with software preinstalled and the new hard drive.  All the drivers seem to be updated with the latest.  I have not updated the BIOS. It is a guarantee if you close the laptop the next time that you open will be on a blue screen.

  What I did:

  Updated drivers

  hard drive enabled for error dell diagnostics and Microsoft

  memory had tested dell and Microsoft diagnostics

  completed all updates from Microsoft

  use the Microsoft Security Essential antivirus

  use the dell online verification tool

  used Microsoft on the line tool

  Event logs would take a year to go and understand.  In any case to look at the dmp files easily?

  If you have lost your product key XP, the best option is to call Microsoft. Call on (800) 248-0655 Microsoft Licensing Fulfillment Center toll-free number from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00 Pacific time.

  Otherwise, you need to replace your Windows XP by purchasing a full commercial version. Amazon and NewEgg always sell. This is no different than needing to replace any other type of item you have lost.

• I run IE11 8.1 on windows. Flash installed is 15.0.0. I can't seem to print all pages in a document, it shows only the first page. I've allowed Shockwave, disables the ActiveX and windows update. What can I do else?

  This should be corrected from Flash Player 15.0.0.189.  Run Windows Update and make sure you have the latest.
