What event filter is triggered after UPDATE_DOCINFO / CHECKIN_NEW

Hi all

Can what event filter I use for performing transactions after the database update.

I tried postIndexingStep, but it doesn't seem to cover all update operations.

You can find yourself - see Intradoc Services Tutorial (page 25 of esp.)

If you select services in the server-wide tracing, run the scenario of GUI, you will find them listed.

  • What event will be triggered when you use your finger to scroll the screen?

I want to do the scrolling list, now I can do this by using the mouse to drag, but how do I apply it by using your finger to scroll?

The question is that I don't know when you use your finger to scroll the screen, what event will trigger?

Please help me if there is no solution?

You can use the same code as the mouse. Mouse events are also triggered when you use a finger on a touch screen. However, if you want more features, for, etc. example pinching to the zoom, you'll have to watch the TouchEvent class.

  • How the DDL triggers AFTER CHANGE of work?

I thought that this general framework for DDL triggers AFTER WHAT ALTER has been like that:

-Implicit VALIDATION before the DDL statement (here: ALTER TABLE)

    -DDL statement

-Implicit VALIDATION after DDL statement (here: ALTER TABLE)

    -AFTER ALTER DDL trigger fires

And I also thought that everything is inside that trigger would be 'new' code as introduced by the ALTER TABLE DDL. But it looks like I'm missing something about this situation because the trigger next dbms_metadata.get_ddl procedure and seeing 'old' DDL code (before the ALTER TABLE statement).

What Miss me? Could you give me some advice about this behavior? If I shouldn't expect returned DDL 'current' so why should I not?

    Thank you

I understand the transaction consistent reading, and it would work if second implicit validation had not been published before a trigger has been activated... the question is: is this second implicit validation has published in the above situation or I'm wrong about this, and commit the transaction started by first implicit included relaxation itself, and after he performed the second commit implicit came into play...

It looks like this for me, but I have not found anything in the doc Oracle stating explicitly that this is the case... Could you confirm?

Hmmm - I found it in the section client events of the doc PL/SQL language

    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/B28359_01/AppDev.111/b28370/triggers.htm#g1722272

The LOGON event starts a separate transaction and undertakes after firing the triggers. All the other events fire in the existing user transaction.

Is the same with the AFTER DDL event where you thought to try this one.

Why do you need the DOF immediately after it happens?

Just capture the same and information of interest to a table. Then, later, asynchronously, run a job to get the DDL or everything that you need. The only "gotcha" If several ddl statements are issued against the table and you needed every one of them for some reason any. Not sure why you would need for each change.

  • what event fires when one end of captivate?

    Hello

I am a web application developer and I work with Captivate. I'm not a creator of captivate myself, just a programmer, so I don't know the first thing about Captivate (though I am working with someone who does). I wonder if there is an event that fires when the captivate is done - in other words, when the user clicks on the button 'send' on the last slide, after which there is nothing more for the captivate to do.

My friend the designer Captivate says that the Send button is wired to an event handler in the CPM.js file. The script is named "assessment_Pass" and we located the CPM.js event handler. However, I can't work with this. I can't manually handle small javascript that Captivate generates, especially when we offer hundreds of captivate files and store the update. I need to work in javascript in my Visual Studio project. If I could know what event is triggered (if an event fires) when the captivate is done, I can then hook up a javascript event handler in my development environment.

I found this list of Captivate events (they are actually for the Interface API Captivate that I prefer to work with, but will any event), but none of that ' s I tried seem to draw.

    Any help is very appreciated.

This solved my problem - I had the arguments are passed in the wrong order: variable Manager, events,.

But you like: Event Manager, variable.

Once I switched around, it started working.

What should I do if after an update is installed something no longer works?

    Hi JohnEvrard,

It depends on the update and the program that was hit.

To find out what update is causing the problem note the installed updates. You can perform the system restore and restore the system to the date that the program worked very well.

Once the restore is complete, install the standalone product of each update and check if the problem occurs in the program.

  • Event log of compensation after the reboot (storm)

    Hello

One of my users is to have an exception "does not" my app that requires a reboot. However, after it reboot it appears that the event log is disabled. Is there a setting to force an event log persistent?

The event log must remain after a reboot. However, it's a finite size and the oldest entries are allowed out when new is added and there are many connected to the start. Then references to your application can be removed when the user reboots.
