What files I download and insert into my web page

I am trying to create my first flash image and need help. I created the flash image and then selected publish as Swf / Air and then selected "Build version to upload to a web server. Once I chose what he created five folders subfolders on my computer. Question is which of these folders or files can I download at my web site service provider. You are approaching this the wrong way. Create an external table based on the file. External tables are CSV, fixed width data in a queryable table.
