What happens if you cancel a subscription cloud creative but will still pay?

Last month asked us to cancel our subscription to cloud creative original adobe (a 3 seats) and move these 3 seats to a new subscription of corporate creative cloud.

We contacted customer support and explained that we wanted this cancelled subscription. Via chat, they said that it was cancelled, but we saw automatic invoices indicating that a payment for September crossed on our credit card to pay for the subscription of original creative cloud.

How to cancel the original subscription all together so that it does not happen?
