What happens with applications pre-installed you root your phone?

I look at (yet) to root my phone, so I can return my xperia pro a bit 'faster' or go to GB, anyway, because my phone had mcaffe security and antivirus preinstalled, I wonder if I'll lose those if I root the phone?

There are 2 ways to root

(1) to unlock the bootloader

and

(2) w / lock a bootloader

If you root 1) then you will get more updates you will need to manually update your phone

If you root 2) then you can use CCP, SUS or OTA for update your phone
