  We're sorry, but you would not be able to update of Creative Suite 4. The reason there is no update available for version 9 of Acrobat. It is quite an old version, then you are unfortunately not eligible for updates or upgrade.

  The best option for you would be to opt for Acrobat DC.

  You guys can provide instructions as X steps before the update of Firefox, in a clear way, not with a bunch of text, for the elderly like me to follow? I had nice Firefox and neat, LMDE updated and now it's like a cool program. I tried to recover my profile, but it did not work - had an error message.

  It seems that there is a regression with 39 Firefox on the new tab page. A bug report has been filed on 4 and the triage team responded.

  It of very strange that you didn't receive the Instructions for use.
  Have you checked if there is any description how to upgrade the utilities?

  I think that if you have not received any operating instructions how to use the update of the Tools CD, you should ask the guy to service for such documents.

  In my opinion, the update of the tools is necessary because the new material and new chipset was installed and in this case the old drivers or utilities would not work.

  I got a message today that Adobe has had two updates available for Photoshop CS5 and bridge CS5(to 12.0.5 if I am not mistaken). I update my software successfully, but is unable to find any information. on the Adobe site on what requires this update.

  Run the Adobe update, earlier, I see that the bridge is updated to 4.0.5.  Bridge and Photoshop are listed as affected products, but only bridge is actually changed.

  Open Safari while holding the SHIFT key

  Try to reset the settings of Safari:

  1. open Safari

  2. click on the Safari menu at the top (to the right of the Apple logo)

  3. Select the Preferences/Privacy tab

  4. click on remove all data from the Web site

  5. close Safari.

  Remove cache Safari files:

  1. click on finder

  2. look for the menu GO to top

  3. click on GO and hold down the option key. This will show a user library folder.

  4. click library and find the Caches folder

  5. in the folder caches com.apple.Safari Ouvrezledossier

  6. move the Cache.db file Trash.

  This should solve the problem. If it does not help, try to disable the Safari extensions

  1. open Safari

  2. click on the Safari menu at the top (to the right of the Apple logo)

  3. Select Preferences

  4. find the Extensions tab

  When you say that "nothing worked", what do you mean? Do you mean that the iPad does not at all? "That means" it seeds "means? What exactly you see it do? Have you tried a forced reboot (hold home and power buttons until the Apple appears, then let go and leave to complete commissioning). If it lights, try to restore from a backup using iTunes.
