  I'm as Vista Home Premium on an HP of Notebook.The above error message is displayed at startup. I recently had an unexpected stop down and the computer restarts until it done a system restore. Only the registered owner of the BB on the prior carrier can release the ANKLE... no one else can. Unfortunately, because the camera is on the list and that they don't react, my guess is that they are not reputable and the stolen report is true. In this case, you are, unfortunately, no luck.
