  I have a6530f a desktop Pavilion PC.  I am currently running Windows 7 and am interested in upgrading to Windows 10.  I get and error message when you try to install the W10.  "NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430".  I think I need to improve my video card.  Can what video card I install that will work for Windows 10 and is rated for the power supply 300W in my lap?  I'm not very techie.

  Overall, it is difficult to put into one solid answer.  There is a lot of changes to the OS and many elements are moved, updated, etc.  A lot of added support for touch, etc.

  Tech radar has a comparison nice overview of WIndows 7 vs WIndows 8 that at least gives you a quick advantage of some changes, but is by no means exhaustive.

  In addition, there are also the new 'Windows RT"that can sometimes add to the confusion.

  Takes me of course to features advanced security where it is said the owner of the folder is "Trusted Installer" and "directors" shows correctly with the settings read and execute access to this folder, subfolders and files.

  My friend computer has entered 'back' and 'blue screen dominations' with only the keyboard access that we apparently had time to normal windows. Error message "Hotmail certificate is out of date and not trustworthy... blah blah blah", so I checked on another computer. Apaparently Hotmail is available only through Windows Live (with an address @live.com) so I went back to the original computer and tried to connect to the new address.

  I have recently just bought a machine from Windows 8 and I would continue to use the new operating system (that I can tell, I'm an optimist). Such a disappointment that I cannot get Quicktime for Windows 8 and therefore impossible to import the .mov files in Premiere Pro. Is there a solution for this? I've seen people talk about using an old version of QT with some success, but I can't find one. I have also heard people talk about conversion using another software first of all, I'm just worried about this. I'm always afraid I'm losing something during the conversion, not to mention that I won't pay anything for additional software.
