  Well, you must sweep the bytes of the string formatting hexagonal two at a time for a digital U8 and then cast to a string. There are several ways to do it, here are the two possibilities. (Sure to use the correct representation as Mkae labels).

  I use Fusion HCM WorkerServices exposed through web services and trying to add a worker and get the error (by Java Exception) HRC-HRC_DE_SRV_ESD_EED_NOT_SET. I understand that Fusion HCM webservice could a wrapper around PeopleSoft (I could be wrong), among other things, and Googling shows me how to set the date in PeopleSoft or its implementation.

  A quick update, I've been able to resolve this error. The error was misleading and I couldn't find any documentation on this topic, if there was any. The work object (HCM Fusion SOAP webservice, 11.1.x) have another attribute that are mandatory (worker type, code of laws, etc.). Actual start/end date was not yet mandatory.

  Why you are converting a date (it's a date in your table, right) tank and back to a date. When you want to display a date a certain way, you use to_char and specify the mask format to display the date as to_char (sysdate, 'dd-mm-yyyy'). Internally, dates are stored as bytes 7, you use to_char only for display purposes.

  No, iOS is a sandbox environment, apps can control or manage other applications.

  Depends on the app. deletion of an app will also delete its content, if it is an application where its content is important (such as documents), and that content is not stored elsewhere (e.g.)  Dropbox or cloud server), you may lose this content by deleting the app.
