What is the command of ESXi to get information of PCI as DevSta, LnkCap

Hello

On ESX5.5, I ran the command "lspci - vvv ' for details of ICH such as DevSta, LnkSta and other info. But he does not appear.

I would like to know the PCI details like DevSta, LnkSta fetch command.

Some links in google showed the exit "lspci - vvv" as below. But I'm not able to get these on ESX50/ESX55. Is there any other command?

Sample PCI details:

DevSta: CorrErr - UncorrErr - FatalErr - UnsuppReq - AuxPwr - TransPend -.

LnkCap: Port #0, 5GT/s speed, width 32, L0s ASPM, latency L0 x < 64ns, L1 < 1us

ClockPM - Surprise - LLActRep - BwNot-

LnkCtl: ASPM with disabilities; 64 bytes Disabled-recycle - CommClk - BCR

ExtSynch - ClockPM - AutWidDis - BWInt - AutBWInt-

LnkSta: Speed, 5GT/s, width x 32, TrErr - Train - SlotClk - DLActive - BWMgmt - ABWMgmt-

DevCap2: Completion Timeout: not supported, TimeoutDis -.

Thank you!!!

One thing to look at is if you upgrade virtual hardware.  This may change the order of the virtual machine's PCI bus to change.

It is a different problem, but sometimes, when you upgrade virtual hardware on a windows VM network settings are lost for windows to detect it as a new card to a new location after the upgrade.

* one to watch *.

When the press the play button, how we get information of angle in every second time bar?

You can get the values of rotation for each image by calling the method. valueAtTime() on the Rotation property. So, if you want to know what the value is at the 2 second mark...

layerObj.property("ADBE_Transform_Group").property ("ADBE Z rotation").valueAtTime(2, false);     'false' includes the results of the expression, 'true' does not work.

  • What is the command to access management for

could someone explain pls what is the exact purpose of the access management command.

    Assane

    1. it is not feasible to Telnet for the pix outside interface under any circumstance, you can just telnet to the inside interface with the command 'management-access' on the remote vpn access.

2 Yes, the command 'telnet on the inside' is needed on top of the command "access management". as a general rule, no acl only if necessary.

    3. "but is it possible to have a client who cannot have access to the administration of the Interior. assuming that you are referring to restrict access remote vpn for the pix inside interface. with v6.x, connection vpn can be restricted by an incoming acl assuming that the command "sysopt connection permit-ipsec" is disabled.

    for example

    No ipsec sysopt connection permit

    access-list 111 permit tcp host eq 23

    allow IP access-list 111

    allow IP access-list 111

    Access-group 111 in external interface

the first entry is used to restrict remote access vpn Telnet for pix inside interface only; the second entry is used to allow another group of remote user in order to get full access with remote vpn access. and the third section is used to allow a lan - lan vpn for a branch.

  • What are the methods to ESXi upgrade with 1 single ESXi Server?

The server requires her to get any update through the update maintenance Manager or VMA is not possible that both run on the ESXi server.

What options are left during a server ESXi 4.0 to ESXi 4.1? I can think of root direct-ssh access and the 'host Update Utiliy', even if that fails with errors.

You must use the vCLI, then update the host vihostupdate.pl. Page 55 @ http://www.vmware.com/pdf/vsphere4/r41/vsp_41_upgrade_guide.pdf
