I have a Pavilion Dv7 (A3F83AV) running windows 7, 64 bit and recently to get the error message at startup telling BTVSTACK. EXE cannot start as long as BTBIP. DLL is missing. Hi all I have an error mesg I get every time I startup or restart my system. It is this "C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\egaluxocaciris.dll" I looked in the event viewer in administrative tools and I can't find anything with this name in the entire chain of information. It's a virus/trojan. It has been removed from your AntiVirus Scanner and registry entries are always present to launch the virus at startup.
Start regedit.exe and search (F3 or CTRL + F) for egaluxocaciris.dll and remove all the entries that you find.

These error messages are a pain in the neck to extract useful information.
I suggest that you do a search online 'pilot audio free downloads' and find another audio program for your PC.
If you find something that works for your satisfaction - remove your original pain in neck audio software and make sure you make your audio program newly found the 'default' device.
Realtek and NVIDIA, for example get stuff good free audio driver.
If the new program does not work - it would be a good indication that you have hardware on your PC, drive problems and no amount of play more with to try to correct the audio software will help. Period

I have a HP Pavilion DM4 1100sa, p/n: XE139EAR #ABU, a serial no: CNU1220Z75. I bought it about 2 weeks ago. So I made an another System Recovery on Thursday, July 26, 2012. I did a full defragmentation and wiped the free space on the hard drive. This time, the only problem that occurs is the error message failed to start Bluetooth stack service. Yet once it appears only after a computer reboot and start Internet Explorer.
I am very reluctant to spend another hour, or so, on the phone so I want your best and hopefully correct advice on how to avoid this very annoying message from popping up.
