What is the extension of a file to automatic backup BODY?

What is the extension of a file to automatic backup BODY?

Where are they saved?

The location can be defined as a preference?

Craig,

Unless it has been changed, Edit > Preferences will not help you. You can set the number of backup automatically, but the situation seems to be in the project folder structure. Feature request?

Good luck

  • What is the purpose of this file?

    Last week, I had a nasty virus and had to reinstall WIN XP.  I always save files to download for my programs and PhotoshopElements_8_Mul.exe had saved and reinstall PSE 8 without any problem.  I also found a PhotoshopElements_8_Mul.7z file of course I save it for some reason any downloading of PSE 8.  My question is: "what is the purpose of this file?  Am I supposed to install it? HOW?

    Thanks in advance

    Files whose extension is '7z' are of type 7-zip compressed files.  (Similar to zip files).  You no longer need this file because it contains the 'PhotoshopElements_8_Mul.exe' file (compressed, of course).

    How to change the extensions on several files with Windows 7?

    You hear no doubt, is that your movie software will only recognize certain types of image file formats.  If this is the case, you will need to reformat format files to any format PNG is recognizable by the software.

    Rather than we guess, please identify your «film» software

    Download and install IrfanView, which is a free utility for images.  http://www.IrfanView.com/

    IrfanView has the ability to read a great many formats of image files.  It can also convert image files formats.  And even better - for you - it can do all these things on a batch of files.

    As test, after I installed IrfanView, open one of your PNG files.  Now click on file > save as, and select the 'Save as Type' to be little matter the file type of your movie software will accept.  Save the file.  Make sure your movie software can accept the new file.

    Once you are convinced that you can modify files that you have in a format that you can use, use IrfanView

    File > Batch Conversion/Rename command.  If necessary, see IrfanView help on this topic.

  • What are the extension of reports that are stored

    Oracle reports 9i

    Hai all gurus

    Like wise with the extension, the reports are stored

  • What are the *.ver in TS2014 files

    I build a few installers TestStand 2014 SP1 and noticed that in many of the installation and public directories there are files of type *.ver and I can't find anything in the help TestStand, Google, or here on the Web site of NOR.

    Anyone know what here? for example:

    C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\TestStand 2014 (32-bit)\Components\Models\ModelPlugins\Addons\PublicAddons.ver

    Must I include in an installer for a custom with custom Plugins process model?

    Thank you!

    You don't need to worry about the deployment.  .ver files are binary files that are used by the installer of the TestStand product, typically TestStand patches, to determine the version of the files that are on the system and finally to decide which files to update.  TestStand Deployment Utility manages versions of file for the entire generation and installers to fix using a separate mechanism (the information is stored in the TSD file), these are not required on computers deployment targets.

  • What are the numbered text KB files? (i.e. KB961503)

    I have many text files in Windows labeled as follows... KB961503 (all figures are different) and some are followed by v2, v3 or IE8.  There are over 165 of them in windows, should I remove?

    You can refer to the created log files when Windows 'Patches' are installed by Windows Update (for example, KB961503.log).  If you have configured to "Hide extensions for known file types" Windows Explorer, you will not see the .log extension, but the files will open probably still in Notepad, when you double-click them.

    The first lines of these files should be something like:

    [KB2559049 - IE8.log]
    3.359: ================================================================================
    3.359: 2011-08-09 23:58:28.231 (local)
    3.359: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\0c4605390d76df6e08bd7638facea692\update\update.exe (version 6.3.13.0)

    If the patch is installed correctly, the newspaper has no use and can be removed.  If you have a problem with a particular update, it is possible that the newspaper will have clues about the problem.

    The KBxxxxxx.log files are not the same as the files in $ $NTUninstallKBxxxxxx.  These latter files are used to uninstall the "fix" that never would become necessary or desirable.  $NTUninstall files generally do not take much room, but some people like to delete to get out a little more hard disk space.  Before that, read this: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/Hotfix_backup.htm

  • What is the best type of file for dissemination of a dvd to DLNA compatible TV?

    Hello all. I have an old pc running xp pro sp3, Media Player 11 and Nero Media Home Esentials 4 as my DLNA server. I just bought a LG TV which is DLNA certified. How can I get my collection of films to broadcast on television? Hard, the TV is connected to my home network and my Netflix subscription works very well and my music stream beautifly. My movie collection is stored as iso files, but the LG TV nor the nero software recognize the iso as a file to read. What would be the fastest way to convert these files and what is the best file format to maintain the quality of the original dvd format? So far, I absolutely love the DLNA but I saw some mpeg and avi video and the quality is very poor. I have one of my iso dvd of for a rip avi file, but the quality is once again, poor.

    Thanks for any help in getting myself educated with my new toy!

    Scott

    If you ask me, I prefer MKV and H.264 - they are easily superior to DivX and MPEG2, IMO.

    But even once, as Barb says, try your luck on the LG forums as well.

  • Such what is the role of these files like __db.rep.diag00, __db.rep.gen...

    Hi experts,

    I'm testing in-memory replication with replication manager.
    Then I put newspapers in memory and has not specified a file name of database and so on...
    But there are still some files on the system of files named as follows.
    __db. Rep.diag00
    __db. Rep.diag01
    __db. Rep.Egen
    __db. Rep.Gen
    __db. Rep.System

    In addition, in the client side, 1 file is there.
    __db. Rep.DB

    How can I put these files in the memory?
    Replication manager can do not to use a physical file on the filesystem full?

    THX.

    You must specify replication must run with its internal structures in memory. For this call rep_set_config() to start DB_REP_CONF_INMEM.

    There are a few limitations when replication structures are in memory. They are documented under the DB_REP_CONF_INMEM including the rep_set_config() value.

  • PDM file with automatic backup on corrupts the data.

    When I test data stream into a file to PDM using AutoSave = true, data is corrupted in the 'package' #3 and beyond.

    I write matched double/DateTime data to a TDMS file configured as TdmsWaveformLayout.PairedTimeAndSampleChannels.

    When I try to read the PDM file, for example using the sample application to drive, I get all sorts of errors. Notably, the number of timestamps is not equal the number of samples (values y). More data is corrupted. In other words, the timestamps are invalid and the sample data is essentially random.

    This happens every time I write the third package/lot and beyond. If I write a single sample, followed by another single sample, the third will be corrupted. If I write 1 kilosample, followed by 1 kilosample, sample no. # 2001 will be corrupted.

    I guess that something is very wrong in the automatic backup routine, as data are always written correctly when I explicitly save the PDM file.

    It's using MS 8.9.0.246 in Visual Studio 2008 SP1 using .NET framework 3.5 SP1 on Windows 7.

    The TDMS file is created in the following way. Note that AutoSave is set to false to avoid the bug.

    TdmsFile f = new TdmsFile (tdmsFilename, new TdmsFileOptions (TdmsFileFormat.Version20, TdmsFileAccess.ReadWrite, true, TdmsByteOrder.Native));
    f.AutoSave = false; Must not be set to = TRUE because of a bug in Measurement Studio!

    TdmsChannelGroupCollection channelGroups = f.GetChannelGroups ();
    ChannelGroup TdmsChannelGroup = new TdmsChannelGroup (...) Unique ID...) ;
    channelGroups.Add (channelGroup);

    f.Save (); Needed when AutoRecovery is set to false.

    TdmsChannelCollection tdmsChannels = channelGroup.GetChannels ();
    foreach (IDicomInstance instance in series. Instances)
    {
    tdmsChannels.Add (new TdmsChannel (string. Format ("{0} (time) ', for example.") Signal.Name), TdmsDataType.DateTime));
    tdmsChannels.Add (new TdmsChannel (string. Format ("{0}", for example.) Signal.Name), TdmsDataType.Double));
    }
    channelGroup.WaveformLayout = TdmsWaveformLayout.PairedTimeAndSampleChannels;

    Every 10 ms, a double array [100] happens (with information in a DateTime table clock [100]). The data is stored in the file TDMS in a simple way:

    AnalogWaveform wf = AnalogWaveform. FromArray1D (sample. Data.Samples);
    WF. Timing = WaveformTiming.CreateWithIrregularInterval (sample. Data.Timing);
    WF. ChannelName = sample. Source.Name;
    WF. UnitDescription = sample. Source.UnitOfMeasurement;

    ChannelGroup = _tdmsFile.GetChannelGroup (... TdmsChannelGroup Unique ID...) ;
    TdmsChannel channel = channelGroup.GetChannel (... channel... name);
    channelGroup.AppendAnalogWaveform(channel, wf);
    channelGroup.Parent.Save (); Needed when AutoRecovery is set to false.

    This is what the TDMS file looks like in the sample player application:

    For those who can run in it before we are able to get a fix on, a viable solution is to turn off auto-save and save the TDMS file any time a change to the file is made manually, such as after adding channels or groups, or write data.  This will not negatively affect performance, because that's exactly what the property of automatic backup.

    It should also be noted that this problem arises when you use the layout of the TdmsWaveformLayout.PairedTimeAndSampleChannels waveform.

    I'll post back later when we have a fix for this problem.

    Sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause,
