  Each block of data in a data file contains a system change number (SCN), which is the SCN of the last change to the block. During an incremental backup, RMAN reads the RCS of each block of data in the input file and compares at the checkpoint SCN of the incremental backup from parent. If the RCS in the block of input data is greater than or equal to checkpoint SCN of the parent, then RMAN copies the block.

  There are actually several 'library' files in the Finder and it is better that you don't mess with them.  Most browsers have ways to delete the cookies in the browser itself and adjusting the size of browser cache.  Caches speed up the operation of the computer, and unless you have a specific problem, you have not and should not, remove them.  At best he probably will do nothing, and at worst you may have to reinstall your operating system.

  Files whose extension is '7z' are of type 7-zip compressed files.  (Similar to zip files).  You no longer need this file because it contains the 'PhotoshopElements_8_Mul.exe' file (compressed, of course).

  First of all see this thread: ABCSExtension - personalized Service call

  The MirrorServlet is used by Oracle AQ as a stub extension service to allow you to test toggle extension points in ABC. Servlet can of course be used by customers for the same purpose.

  If you intend to enable and implement more than 1 extension for an ABC operations, then Yes you will have to implement each operation into a single service. You do not need to implement all the 4 operations, only the (s) you want to enable and use during execution.

  Like doc Oracle mentioned, there is no separate CREATE INDEX privileges. It goes with CREATE TABLE.

  To create an index in the schema of another user, you must have the CREATE ANY INDEX system privilege.
