What license are icons of Windows XP under?

I know that some 'open-source' BACK offices (for use with MS-DOS or FreeDOS) who use torn icons.

SEALsystem.sf.net - Office SEAL
SkyfireOS.blogspot.com - SkyfireOS uses OpenPine, a derivative of the SEAL
oZone - awkward GUI with its own application APIs
There could be others, too.
So, what license are icons of XP under? (you can get DOSbox if you want to run one of these workstations, SkyfireOS "Native Windows" version is OpenPine with DOSbox.
Ozone, the folder icon has been recolored - but not to PROTECT.
Must I declare these desktop computers for the action to be taken by MS?
