  Hi davidl,

  Please update the drivers of graphics processor of the Manufacture Web site, otherwise turn off the graphics processor of the Camera Raw preferences.

  Steps to follow:

  Open Photoshop

  Go to the Edit menu<>< camera="" raw="">

  Deselect the graphics processor.

  Click OK

  Restart Photoshop and try again.

  When a new tab is opened, it is filled with white cells that resemble the browser history. Each white box like a PIN in an icon grey at the top left and X into an icon grey at the top right. The bottom has a white bar indicating the name of the site, like "google calendar".

• Since the last installment of Firefox, my sites have what look like the Japanese symbols or Korean along the upper part located above the tabs - is something known about it?

  Everything on the site is in English. However, along the top, slightly above the tabs is a stream of Japanese symbols. These are somewhat intermittent and go away for a while after I rebooted. They come back.

• Help! My computer is locked in what looks like the safe mode.

  Things to try (in this order):

  1. set the dpi. Right click on the desktop, choose personalize. The option is in the left column.

  2. set the resolution. Of the above customize menu, select display settings. Adjust the resolution to the right to reduce the scale.

  3. If you can not reduce the resolution enough, it is probably because your display drivers were corrupted and you run a standard VGA driver. Visit the graphics card manufacturer's Web site and download the most recent (non-beta) release and install it, then restart your computer to finish.   To get the new interface, you need to hide the menu bar. Do, in the view menu, select Toolbars, then click on the entrance to the "Menu bar".

  If you need to access the menus, you can press Alt or F10 to display temporarily.
