  Hi there-

  I got a new usb cable and printer.

  I have pluged in there, I added the printer to the mac in the System Preferences folder as needed. I also installed the driver from HP (version 1.5)

  but I can not print, not even a test page.

  When I click on print file can be see in the print queue, send, it says 0% it disappears then - but the printer does not react.

  When I open "completed jobs" all items I've tried printing appear here - although no print in fact.

  What on Earth is happening (or not as the case may be)?

  as it's a mac nothing assistance Advisor on the hp site seem to be applicable - and I can't use the support site, because I'm in Germany and this was bought here - I can only contact personal support using German - and I do not speak German!

  I can help you to install and use your Deskjet with your Mac running 10.9 2130. I understand that you have connected the USB cable and added to the printer using the 1.5 version of the pilot, but I suggest to use the Easy Start software instead.

  HP Easy Start is the new way to set up your HP printer and get your Mac for printing. HP Easy Start will locate and install the latest software for your printer, and then guide you through the installation of the printer.

  Hi, I hope someone can help. I have a HP office Jet 6000 which is wired cable to my laptop. There was a problem when printing to the printer used documents. Laptop is running Windows 7 32 bit

  1: replace the cable

  2: serve all documents in the printer memory

  3: printed a report page and the trial successfully of the printer status.

  4: all ink cartridges are full

  5: turn off the printer for 10 seconds and turn back on

  6: attempted to restart the print spooler, but it is grayed out

  I see that you are experiencing printing problems.  I would like to help!

  I would recommend starting with a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I recommend also to download and run the HP print and Scan doctor.

• What is the average number of pages printed using cartridge 564XL in HP Photosmart 7510 e-all-in-one

  This printer seems to use a lot more than my previous HP Photosmart C7200 ink

  I installed 3 cartridges besides that which is provided, the last being 564XL black and I have printed only 1288 pages and scanned 197.

"I bought HP ink cartridges to replace, but when I replaced the cartridge set up, I got this error message on the printer screen:" cartridge problem remove and install the specified cartridge, making sure it is properly installed. "I tried to remove and reinstall the new cartridge 6 or 8 times, went to the troubleshooting page HP, followed all the instructions, tried to change all the cartridges of printers not only the black one and spent about 2 hours trying to figure this. Nothing works. Help. I can't use my printer until this cartridge problem is resolved.

  (1) once the page opens, please select the country in which you are located. Then enter your model of HP on the right number.
  
  (2) then choose "Contact the Support" tab at the top and scroll to the bottom of the page "HP Support - contact" to fill out the form with your details.
  
  (3) Once finished, click the "Show Options" at the bottom right.
  
  (4) Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Get a phone number." A file number and telephone number will now fill for you.
