The Council supports Windows 7, you can get the drivers here (the chipset drivers should be the first drivers you install after installing the operating system.)

I have toshiba laptop and I have the product key and I do not know what windows is I can find it with the product key or any body help, I can't use it
You must order a set of recovery disc for the computer from the manufacturer - this will install the appropriate drivers for your system automatically, as well as packaged applications.
If you have not formatted the disk (or replaced) existing partition recovery may still be present - see your manual for details.
It is possible to download Vista - see here for more details - http://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technology-science/microsoft/57-windows-vista-direct-download-links -, but note that it is not a simple process!

PC crashes with DBO when downloading a file using Firefox to my iPad
PC crashes with DBO when downloading a large file via WiFi to my iPad and using AVPlayerHD player on the iPad. There is no report of error in Firefox, just the crash dump Windows 7 due to the accident. Only the combination of Firefox on PC and player AVPlayerHD on iPad causes this crash. Any other combination of PC and iPad works.
Examples:
Firefox on PC and iFile on iPad works well.
Google Chrome on PC works with all programs on iPad.
Firefoc on PC and player AVPlayerHD on iPad crashes. So you get a Blue Screen of Death on your Windows Machine? You have the exact error codes that appear when you get this blue screen?
Blue screens mean that you have a problem with a driver, hardware or virus on your PC, not with Firefox. I try to launch a program of analysis such as http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashedand see if she can tell you what triggered the accident. Also, make sure that all your drivers are up to date on your computer (especially the graphics driver: update your drivers graphics to use hardware acceleration and WebGL) and check the virus (Troubleshooting Firefox problems caused by malware).
After that, if you still get the blue screen and crashed does not help, I would say to try to test your RAM with a utility such as http://www.memtest.org/

Not at all surprised, is not for modern versions of Windows. You will need to buy Acrobat XI (sorry, far too late for the upgrade price), or join.

Error 0 x 80070570 when you access my flash drive using windows 7
I get an error 0 x 80070570 when you access my flash drive using windows 7, but the same flash drive works perfectly on two other PC's with Windows XP. It's frustrating because I need to backup and transfer files.
Hello1 you get an error message with this error code?
2. is it a problem with this particular flash drive only or all flash drives?
Let us run the check disk utility.
Here's how:
a. open the computer by clicking the Start button, click computer.
b. click the drive you want to check, and then click Properties.
c. click on the Tools tab and then, under error-checking, click Find now. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
To automatically repair problems with files and folders that the scan detects, select automatically fix file system errors. Otherwise, the disk check will be a problem, but not to fix them.
To check for errors file and the physical errors, select both automatically fix errors in file system and search for and attempt recovery of bad sectors.
d. Click Start.
Depending on the size of your drive, it may take several minutes. For best results, do not use your computer for any other tasks while it checks errors.
Important: Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.
I hope this helps.Thank you, and in what concerns:

Question: Under TOOLS/Account Settings / your name / what I chose for "your name" is not displayed when you send an email. What should do? Thank you! Paul
This looks like a problem with your email service, not with Firefox (or Thunderbird).
It is possible that you need to set the name sent by logging into your webmail account online (e.g., Yahoo! Mail or Gmail). Web e-mail providers like these often put sending appoint themselves, ignoring the settings of your email client.
Unfortunately, since it is not a matter of Firefox you're unlikely to get help on these forums. I suggest that you find the support site for your e-mail provider, as they should be much more useful.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:
This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,

Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have. Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
each installation.Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
necessary.Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
manually by model.Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

Office Jet Pro L7580, Windows 7 64-bit Installer
I have a Dell Studio Desktop, which I updated to Windows 7 32-bit to Windows 7 64 bit. Now, I'm trying to reinstall the drivers for my Office Jet Pro L7580. The Office Jet and the Dell Studio are on a cable network.
I tried to use the HP printer install Windows Wizard, but whenever I use it, I get the message "the wizard has detected a problem with the software driver for the selected printer. If I continue I then I get a message "the system cannot find the file specified" or a message indicating that an error has been detected and the system must be closed. Once, I don't have the progress bar, but it did not move past the first step.
Before performing the installation, I disabled the TSRs terminate and stay, erased from records and trust temporary and disabled my McaFee firewall. Just as it had all but recommended no advantage.
I also tried to use the utilities to remove the driver, two of them, but this made no difference either. The documentation says that the driver removal utilities will run at 4 levels. I do not know how, because it doesn't seem to be an exe file. However, when I run the batch file "Uninstall" Windows, it seems to work at level 2 and ask as I restart the system. Deleting driver utilitiesboth I raced my attached printer and not connected to the network.
I guess the message "The wizard has detected a problem with the driver software" must disappear before I can get a positive result. I guess also that this message is displayed because there is some residual remaining Windows 7 32-bit software that utilities to uninstall Windows not delete because they are not executed correctly.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Having investigated a bit more, there are a couple of logs who recommend using Revo and CCleaner to remove songs flying over a previous installation. I've loaded and executed these two and Revo has found a large number of entries that I deleted.
I then ran the wizard again and after a lapse of acertain time and a recommendation to turn my anti virus software I know succeeded. I will think long and hard before repeating this procedure.
