  I have a problem with my videos on my smartphone en WhatsApp

  The colors in the video are completely foires. Red should be is blue etc.

  When I want to send a video through WhatsApp I follow these steps:

  (1) Ik take the video through the standard application. For your info:

  I can see the video in the normal colors, correct through an application called Galerij (that's the name Dutch standard application where you can see pictures and videos)

  (2) I have open WhatsApp en click on the paperclip to add a video and then at "Galerij" to select the video, click sent

  The receiver opens the video and see the bad colors. If I open the video sent the colors are so bad.

  (3) I set the parameters of the standard camera app

  (4) in the application of the "Gallery" I can't find the settings

  Do I did wrong?

  Pls be aware I am a real amateur in this field of smartphones. I have the phone only 5 days!

  If this only happens on whatsapp, the problem is probably whatsapp video compression.

  The following steps may help:

  • Toggle Notifications of setting and then turn off again, allowing a few moments between the two.
  • Close the watch application, and then restart your iPhone and your watch:
    • To close the application shows on your iPhone, click twice on the Home button, and then drag upward on Watch app preview.
    • Close the two devices together, and then restart your iPhone first.
      • Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support
      • Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support
  • If the problem persists, it can help to disable the twinning and re - pair your watch:
    • The app shows on your iPhone takes a backup of your watch automatically when the disparity with the app choose to restore from backup during the whole upward. Most of the data and settings will be restored, with a few exceptions (for example cards Pay Apple, access code).
    • Cancel the twinning of your iPhone - Apple and Apple Watch Support
    • Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support

• WhatsApp Messenger backup

  I have a brand new 6 iPhone running on iOS 9.3.5 and I cannot delete the "Whatsapp Messenger" under the Documents and data backup.

  If I go on my iPhone 6 parameters > iCloud > storage > Storage manage, when I tap on the line of WhatsApp Messenger, nothing happens. So I can not delete these files.

  On the iCloud Drive for Windows app, I tried "Remove Documents and data" for WhatsApp Messenger, but it returns the following error: "Documents & data for 'WhatsApp Messenger' could not be deleted." Try again later.

  Wrong, I need to delete these data as backup of Whatsapp no longer works. Cat app backup seems to be frozen at 0%. This is a very old backup created on my old iPhone 4S that I can't delete because I have over the phone.

• WhatsApp stuck in catering to 99%

  First off my iPhone with iOS 10.02 6s suddenly made my Whatsapp ikon in the home screen disappear this morning.  I have went to the AppStore and downloaded installed and tried to install again.  I clicked on the 'restore from iCloud"and waited.  Data has been downloaded 'so-called' and shows there's also recorded with WhatsApp 32 MB, BUT is not further that "restore...". 99%... and the wheel just begins to turn.  It seems to make no difference if I restart the iPhone or redownload the app, it is still stuck at the same place for an hour or more.  This seems to have started happening at the end of September and October 2016 and should be a problem to Apple... Any help would be appreciated.

  Looks like you already have a few to start great troubleshooting steps. Since force close your applications, evolution of networks and rebooting did not help, I would recommend backing up your iPhone, and then reinstall your software iOS.
