When I click on help nothing happens

    I currently have installed Windows7 x 64.  I had previously and unsuccessfully tried to install Windoes8 preview. On one site, Newsday.com, which is a newspaper, they show top stories and under the chassis there are arrows, ">" and "<" to see the next or previous history. These don't work at all.
    I noticed that the default setting for my extensions and modules came from Java programs disabled. Could be the problem?

    Thanks for the info. In fact, I think I found my problem. On the content/Java tab, I hit the button advanced and there are three options. One of them is to disable the menu content. I unchecked and it seems to work now. Thanks again for responding.

    Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall your driver located within the Windows 7 operating system?  You probably know that HP did not create a downloadable driver for Windows 7.  I would try uninstalling and then reinstalling the driver.
