When I open/close the cover I hear the sound of connected/disconnected from the device. How can I turn this off?

Since I let my son use my laptop for a test, when I opened the lid I hear the sound "Device connected" and the sound "Device disconnected" when I close. He has no idea how it happened, and I can't find how to make it stop... Very minor, of course, but anyone know how to disable this option?

Thank you!

David

Hi David,

1. How can you be sure sound like "Device connected" or "Disconnected" sound?
2. What is the number of brand and model of your laptop?
3 are. what device you referring?

I suggest that you perform the System Restore point that your laptop was working as intended.
