  1. is the specific issue confined to zip files?

  2 have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  3. is there any software zip file that is installed on your computer?

  First of all, I suggest you try to access a different zip file and check if you are able to open. This will help us know if the problem is with the zip file special or the application.

  I suggest you do a right click on the particular file and select extract and check if you are able to access the particular file.

  The space is not evident.

  Whenever an update is available in any creative Application of cloud, you get this message.

  Just open this look updater for update available and update the application accordingly.

  Then it will be removed from the top.

Played a little and everything came out to be almost normal, but the pad does not turn on & change the mode when I press on the upper right corner despite the checkbox for this being checked. It does turn on and work if I check the second option on the external mouse, etc..
