I have cloud Creative photography option, and all of a sudden when I open Lightroom CC a box pops up saying that it opens with the reduced functionality and I need to go to manage my account to buy a subscription. Lightroom opens but the develop module is disabled. I disconnected the creative cloud, Lightroom, Web site application, everywhere and signed and nothing is done. On the Adobe site, it says that I am paid and good to go. But on my pc Lightroom says: I need to send more money. I did a chat on the site and they said they had to send to the 'relevant' team and that I would receive an email within 24 to 72 hours and that was on Tuesday and I have not heard anything. Yesterday, I started to Twitter on the twitter account of Adobe Customer Service, and they got a tech to send me an email for a phone number and time to call. I sent that but have yet to get this call. It's terrible! I was dead in the water for more than a week no fault of mine, as I can tell, and the customer service is non-existent. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this? Help, please! I now send you red flares and feel like I'm lost at sea.
Finally got this problem. Somehow, Adobe has another profile for me that was connected to the same account. I don't know how because I renewed the subscription I had. I was not to go and start a new order. In any case, after call to Adobe and passing through the technical support and thinking that they fixed it only to find out that they have not, I remembered and going on the road of accounts menus and had somebody there who saw what the problem was. Still, it took a few hours that she was not authorized to repair and had get others and tell me when it was fixed. I think that my first contact last week, I did on the chat program made the same conclusion, but one that they sent him to na not pick it up. It was a terrible experience I had people waiting for pictures that I couldn't deal with, and it put me in a bad spot.

Open the CC desktop application and sign then back in. that you can restart your computer between the sign and return.

I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.
If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.
