It is a problem with Outlook. The bug is reported, and engineers are working on it. In the meantime, as a solution, please use a different e-mail client (maybe a webmail Inbox version) to read the e-mail.

    Hello jay25, another user we found that this could be related to active malware on your pc. Please close all firefox windows and try to start firefox in safe mode (by pressing the SHIFT key while you start it). in firefox, safe mode go to firefox > addons > extensions and remove the entry named 'Codec v1.0' or any other addons that suspicious look and you have not intentionally installed. then see if you can restart firefox normally...

    The page used to load in a new tab before I chose Firefox refresh. I can't know how to allow Firefox to open Web pages in a new tab when selected in the tab in use.

  • Install AOL edition of Firefox makes Firefox the browser internal used by AOL instead of IE or it is just a stand alone custom Firefox version?

    I have an AOL account and access it via the AOL software front end for email and account management, etc.
    The AOL software either includes a built-in version of Internet Explorer, or links in the version of Internet Explorer on the PC, were never quite sure that but, according to, it integrates with the AOL software.
    However, Firefox is my own browser of choice and a pop up comes to offer me a "AOL version" of Firefox.
    It is not clear but if it would actually replace IE like '' internal AOL browser, which would be great, or simply add the AOL tool bar etc to my normal standalone version of Firefox, which I would not in any case.
    I was always under the impression that IE has been incorporated into AOL and I was stuck with it, at least internally to own AOL software, but I guess there's no harm in hoping :-)

    Looks like you get just the AOL toolbar. I got this message saying I had Firefox and I might add the AOL toolbar. Download of Firefox since the site has AOL also check these additional entries box options, "the homepage of AOL, AOL Toolbar, & AOL as the default browser search engine" if it is do the default AOL search but not the default browser to Firefox AOL. I can't say more without having to install AOL.

    One possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

    Delete all rules for Firefox in the list of permissions in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

    The answer to your question of title, is that you cannot correct this situation by using the Organizer.  Without a doubt, something in your database (catalogue) is screwed up.  The database is a SQLite database, so if you know someone who is a type of database that is experienced, it can use a database query tool to clean the entries in the media_table table.  This can be more or less a complicated matter, depending on how much other data you must save - you will certainly need to work closely with him on this issue.

    The best thing to do, of course, is to create a new catalog and start from scratch.  Lose all your work with labels and albums will result, but...

    At least now you know how to get copies of your photos in the Organizer in the right way.

    Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    Here are a few things you can do additional tests:

    (1) when you download the newsletter, it is in PDF format?

    (A) on your Mac, you may need to name the file downloaded with a .pdf at the end of the file name extension so that it can open in Adobe Reader (or an extract or other PDF reader that you use).

    (B) on your PC, can you say display the newsletter if it's displaying in the plugin Adobe Acrobat, PDF Viewer integrated Firefox or another plugin?
