  It seems that you receive the message you want to software conflicts. I suggest you try to disable either the Avira antivirus and windows defender and then check if the problem resolves.

   

  If you disable any security software for troubleshooting temporarily, so don't forget to activate after troubleshooting is completed that your computer will be at risk.

When a USB flash drive is plugged in for the first time, it installs but with invites it multiple restriction.  The drive can be accessed and be used as usual after instillation.
