  When I try to print from a program based on the web that I use at work (called Innfusion) I get an error saying microsoft:

  Windows Presentation Foundation Terminal Server print W has encountered an error and needs to close.

  I have no problem printing from another program. I can also save these documents in PDF format and email it to me without any problems printing documents once they arrive in my Inbox.

  I tried the update of .net Framework; I also uninstalled and reinstalled Service Pack 3 - no luck.

  Any help is very appreciated.

  OK, well, when you print, use file > print or Ctrl-P on the window that appears click Preferences, and then click the effects tab.  See if you print in Acutal size, like this:

  Looks like you somehow accidentally active the option print to file in the Advanced Options print dialogue. Uncheck that and this problem should go away.

  Hi sofg777, when you're on a page you want to print try to press ctrl + P, and then select a different printer than the Microsoft XPS Document Writer, who seems to be set as the default printer in firefox at the moment.

  Normally when a printer prints gibberish, it means you have bad or bad drivers. What I would do is to uninstall the printer, then click on HP.com to get the printer drivers.  You'll want to get the right one is so make sure you look your version of windows, if its 32 or 64-bit and the printer model number which, in your case looks like C3180.

  When you have found the right drivers, save them to your C: drive, and then reinstall the printer pointing to these drivers.

  Hope this helps, but if you need assistance additional supplementaire reponse response with your version of windows, just type system (32 or 64) and I should be able to find the drivers for you.

  Hi all!

  I observed a problem when I try to print a Web page in Firefox v28 using the printer of PDF Acrobat (Acrobat Pro 9.5.5) installed on a Virtual Machine (VMware View 5.2) with Windows 7 64 bit. Print dialog box crashes (no response) after the pdf dialog box "Save as." Then I have to force Firefox to close, and subsequently an Acrobat PDF conversion dialog box appears with the progress bar has stopped in the middle. I must also close it afterwards.

  The other programs (Office, IE, Notepad...) are able to print through the PDF printer without problem. The problem appeared after the automatic update of Firefox v28, since when I downgrade to Firefox v26 the problem disappears.

  I checked a setup similar to a physical computer (W7 64 bit, Acrobat Pro 9.5.5, v28 of Firefox), and everything works fine, so I think it's a change that's happened in Firefox v28 who has a problem with the configuration of the VM. I also tried to change the Firefox profile, reset Firefox and reset the print settings and reinstall Acrobat. No luck.

  I would like to know if anyone knows some changes in Firefox v28 printing or related to any service or update that may have a problem in the virtual machine.

  I just try with Firefox 29 in the same virtual machine, and it works perfectly, so I guess that is a bug in version 28.

  When I try to print a web page from firefox almost everything freezes. and the only thing I can do is to press ctrl + alt + del and then disconnect then connect again and start all programs.

  Note that I don't have a printer installed, but I am trying to use the adobe acrobat printer.

  I got windows 7 32 bit and recently changed to 64-bit and pretty much installed everything I had before. I don't have this problem in my previous operating system.
