Laptop: graphic Driver HP TM2-2000el, OS Windows 8 Pro, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5000 series.
Problem: When I've upgraded to Windows 8, the ATI graphics driver has stopped working, actually it works with the intel HD built in driver. In fact, I can't send the HDMI signal to my TV. Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

Original title: WMC no longer works after update of August 10
Windows Media Center has stopped working after installation of my Windows 7 Professional pc all 11 updates gave me on August 11, 2010. I used system restore to the day before the updates, and install them individually. The first 9 no trouble with WMC. But the IE8 KB982664 for Windows 7 compatibility view list caused my action center to report that I needed to check the undeclared solutions to problems. WMC would still start. But after installing KB983590 .NET framework 3.5.1 for Windows 7 x 86, WMC has stopped working.
After you uninstall update 2 above WMC would still not start.
After using the system again restore forward updates, I installed the other 9 updated with, so far, no problem with WMC.
New installation of Windows 7 Pro.
V.1.0.1963.0 MSE completely up to date. [have not installed the latest beta version due to this problem]

HP Officejet Pro 8000 has stopped working on the upgrade to Snow Leopard (10.6)
Since the upgrade, despite the HP and Apple claiming that the upgrade would take care of things like new drivers, my 8000 Officejet Pro has stopped working. Of course, this could be a coincidence and something else caused the problem.
Quite simply, the printer button will Flash. The manuals indicate it means need new paper in the tray, or there is a jam. In addition, the print utility said 'in paper '. Of course, I have no jams, and there are 40 pages of paper in the one and only the plateau.
I deleted the printer in "Print & Fax", turned it off, unplugged the USB and then added back, twice, everything to nothing doesn't. Nothing changes. Still unable to print.
It doesn't seem to be anything I can try. This page, "Mac OS x: installation and use of the product in Mac OS X 10.6", simply going to say that I should remove the printer and add it, which of course I did. There are no other suggestions for what I could do.
So either 10.6 broke my ability to print, or the printer is otherwise defective and must be returned under warranty. Any ideas?

has gone through a series of emails with HP support, during which, with all due respect, I asked me to do what I had already tried. We got to the point where we were providing for the printer to be returned under warranty. Then yesterday morning, bam, the printer works again. No explanation and no idea.
