  In addition to the response of ramata, the link provided assistance by looking at how many programs you have running.  This could help solve, but if not please let us know what are the specifications of your computer.  Specifically the memory!

  Also, please let us know what anti-virus software you use and when you ran last analysis complete.  Did you run any malware/spyware removal software?

  In my personal folder under the images, I downloaded a lot of pictures. I tried to mark them in order to find them easily, but in the process, I made a few mistakes and now I would like to remove the tags excess system generated whenever I pressed Enter. When I right click each tag, the system gives me the option to remove and I did it, but when I then jump to the next image and then go back, all the deleted tags are still there.   Watermark is available using the Oracle Multimedia Image Processing ORDImage object. The static methods provided in the ORDImage relational interface are the best approach for use with images related to APEX which are not stored in form of ORDImages. The documentation provides some simple examples.
