  Verify that your region settings are correct in Windows: go to start, Control Panel, clock, language and region, region and language. On the location tab, make sure that the United States are selected and on the administration tab, make sure the language is also in the United States, otherwise click the settings change system locale.

  Do you know when PSE 13 will be available in the Canada as it comes out for the USA > also if I buy PSE 13 and on a Mac OSX with 8 GB and I have a Canon 60 d and a Canon 70 d will I have to convert my RAW files to DNG, before I can open them in the elements.  Also is it necessary download Quicktime 7 for PSE 13 and which is downloadable for free.  Thanks for any help.

  PSE13 is available for purchase at the Canada today on Adobe.com or via your dealer.

  Your Canon RAW files will support natively in PSE13, so you will not need to use DNG with these cameras.

  QuickTime is a free download, but we require it.

  But that's all I've been able to know concerning the drive because there doesn't seem to be a support for this Reader download page.
