When PE9 imports AVI it 'consistent' their

Unfortunately quite often, it crashes at some point in the process. It could be 7 percent or to another file 25% etc. There is virtually no CPU usage, physical memory is about 50%, so is not overworked to the point of blocking upward. The only way to get out of the mess is the Salvation 3 fingers and opt to close.

I don't see a coherent reason why he does, that the imported media can be small for example 125MB and freezing, or 1.5 GB and be compliant without any problem.

All files were created by the same program Audials one 9 via the screen recording, play as well before the attempt to import.

Maybe it is not connected, but PE9 has a tendency of opening with previous information, either from Photoshop, or prior use in elements, even when we have selected 'new project '.

I have a Quad Q9300Duel processor, a Geforce GTS450 graphics card and unfortunately only 4 GB of memory, I use Win7 64 service pack 1.

  • Windows Movie Maker & DVD Maker stop responding when you import a .avi file

    Help, please.

The two Windows Movie Maker DVD Maker & allow me to import .avi files I ask, but then I get a message that the program has stopped working. I have Windows Vista Home Premium and I a novice in computer science.

    Thank you.

    Tommy

    Hello

    ·        Have you been able to import before avi files to your Windows movie maker and the creation of DVD?

    ·        You are able to import another file without any problem format?

Try to import another file type (format) and check if the problem persists.

    Step 1:

Damaged codec is often a cause of crashes with Windows Movie Maker and Windows DVD Maker.

If possible, use a program to convert your Windows Media movies first and then try to import it.

    Step 2:

If the movie maker was working properly before, I suggest you to reset the windows movie maker settings. Follow the steps in the article mentioned below.

  • When I import bookmarks bookmarks do not appear when I click on bookmarks. I get another menu rather forcing me to click on three or four times more.

When I import bookmarks I don't see them when I click on the Bookmarks tab. I see quite a menu. The menu consists of:

    View all bookmarks
    Bookmark this Page
    Subscribe to this Page
    Bookmarks toolbar >
    Recently my favorites >
    Recent tags >
    Mozilla Firefox >
    Unsorted Bookmarks

To get to my favorites, I have to click on bookmarks, click unsorted bookmarks, and then click another file before I see the bookmarks.

I would like to click on bookmarks and be done with it.

    Thank you

Personally, I prefer to use cut and paste in this situation to ensure that bookmarks do in the right folder.

You can move the bookmark on the unsorted folder and move (cut and paste) the folder of bookmarks menu or toolbar folder bookmarks if you want them to appear this toolbar.

Is anyone know why and what can I do to import AVI video in Windows Movie maker? x

    Thank you

Try to convert the. AVI files to the. WMV format before
    import.

There are many converters available on the net... some
    free... some detail.

The following freeware converter is just one example:

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)

    Format Factory (freeware)
    http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Format_Factory
(the 'direct link' is faster download)
(the file you want to download is: > FFSetup290.zip<>
    (FWIW... installation..., you can uncheck
('all' boxes on the final screens)
    (Windows XP / Vista / 7)

First, you will need to decompress the file or just open the
    Drag > FFSetup290.exe< out="" of="" the="">
and drop it on your desktop. To install left click.

Next, after the download and installation of Format
Factory... you can open the program and
left click on the toolbar, the "Option" button and
"Select an output folder to" / apply / OK.
(this is where you find your files after they)
    are converted)

Drag and drop your video clips on the main screen...

Select "all to WMV" / OK...

Click on... Beginning... in the toolbar...

    That should do it...

Original title: when I import a video file into Windows Movie Maker, it plays the video and no Audio how to import the video file so that it contains the audio when the time to line up? Help?

When I import a video file into Windows Movie Maker, it plays the video and no Audio how to import the video file so that it contains the audio when the time to line up? Help?

Watch the video file. The last 3 letters represent the file format.

Windows Movie maker only supports the following video file formats:

Video files: .asf, .avi, .dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv

If yours is not on the above list, Movie Maker will have probel play.

In this case, you will have to google for a free video converter and change the format of your video file to WMV. WMV format is the most reliable format for Windows. For the benefits of others looking for answers, please mark as answer suggestion if it solves your problem.

  • Why can not import AVI codec H264 video?

Amazing! I don't know what to say, when you import the guest of the file doesn't support or damage

I have a question sent twice, I'm sorry, I hope that this software comes with convert CFR, but this software has many problems, my normal save AVI video, using the most common H264 codec, the file is not a problem, the software application error?

I use the MP4 format to import, use the same codec, the result is imported successfully!

OK, I love this software, this software can improve it? I know, it can use the transcoder / converter to solve, but too much trouble!

First does not support H.264 in an avi container.

I can not import avi files created in Bandicam program.

When you import an error that the file is either corrupted or missing in the folder, but it is not so!

Maybe there is a solution to this problem? Install the codec can do what? Or the program?

This is because Bandicam use H.264.

First does not support H.264 inside an avi file.

If you want to use these settings, you must install the Morgan Mjpeg codec

  • Premiere Pro freezes when you import MTS media

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Premiere Pro when you import MTS media.

Last week, I had no problem with this situation. The files are very large, 4 hours of images and about 20 GB, no problem with the import and export, not even an offset when editing.

But for the past 4 days, I had this problem with the same videos, I try to import their dragging and everything but my guard freezing program and then crashing, I can't with other video formats, just the Multilateral trading system, I work with. I read a bunch of solutions, but they do not work for me. I tried to uninstall and install the first, but nothing. I think it had to do with the last Adobe cloud update, but I'm not sure.

IM using Windows 10, but as I said before, this has not happened before. I don't know what to do, I hope someone can help me, please.

Thank you all for the help, you are kind enough to help me.

I contacted Adobe support and they told me it was a problem with the update, and it would be fixed by the following.

What I did to just reinstall the previous version. The MTS files worked smoothly, do not freeze import.

I appreciate your help and the time you took to answer my question.

    Thank you for everything.

  • When I import my video source into my calendar, which is why the audio GET stops after about one minute while the video continues to play flawless during playback?

For context, I import a source element of 60 fps .avi in my calendar. This is a screenshot of what it looks like when I import into the attached timeline.

    dddd.PNG

For some reason, the audio is cut and cut without any kind of action performed on it. Once I've drag in the timeline, it appears like this. No idea why this is?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help you.

Better to wait until everything is in line before you start to do something.

May need to clean the media cache.

Your avi looks like its in a screencapture program.

Make sure that the codecs are compatible with the first and that she also has constant framerate.

If this isn't the case, convert mp4 with Handbrake .

  • Audio lost when you import a file mpeg in 1.0 video

I have an old version of first elements (1.0), but it worked fine in the edition together video clips and pictures to make movies.

Some time ago I had a few VHS transferred in a digital file, and what they gave me is a big file MPEG (2 GB).

I want to edit this file into segments to put on a Web site, but when I import the MPEG file in first elements 1.0 audio

is lost. File MPEG play fine on my computer...

I tried all the options within the program, but without success.

Normally when I make films I use AVI files to the format, so maybe there is a problem with the MPEG format?

    Any suggestions?

An MPEG can be converted to AVI?

Yes, sometimes a few flavors of MPEG can give you funny results (i.e. no audio or audio synchronized).

MPEG Streamclip and "Prism" are free utilities that can convert your MPEG in a DV - AVI. The frequently asked questions to the right of this forum tell you how to use them.

  • problems to capture the audio layer when you import the m2ts files

Hi all, I'm new on the side of the entire video editing and so would be grateful for the help.

I just bought a camcorder Canon HF200 HD, and a Sony Vaio notebook that came with Premiere Elements 7.0 preinstalled.

Last month I've been shooting sequences and down just to try to change everything and set up a DVD.

The problem I have right now (and I've just started using the program, so everything is new for me) is that while I seem to be able to import the m2ts file format in which my camera records, only the video is imported by first - no audio (it reads the file ok, no errors appear, but when I go to review images there is video but no sound).

I can play all my videos in Windows Media Player very well, both video and audio.  So it seems that my machine is able to read the files correctly in this program.  However, it seems that the audio drop out when I import the file in first.  The program was pre-installed on my computer and when I have a look at the audio settings, it doesn't seem to be a possibility to change the settings to something different.

So far, I've spent a long time googling and trying to find a solution, but without any joy immediately.

Enjoy the anyone can offer any assistance.  Is it just a simple setting I need to change?  Or I have to somehow convert the files in a different format before Elements 7.0 can read?

    Thank you.

    Jeff

the machine I have appear to be consistent with the specifications required by PE7 (and given that it came with pre-installed PE7 which should be the case).

There are two things to consider:

1.) edition of most of the images, especially material to SD

2.) editing AVCHD, currently the most demanding of all popular video formats to edit. That's what you have.

Now when you launch the pre, you get a splash screen. There you can open new create a new project, open an existing project that has been recently opened, or open a project by browsing to it. We can also leave.

In your case, you go again and when the dialog box opens, choose the preset for AVCHD w / DD 5.1 SS Audio.

Also note, that in the Edit Mode, there are two Modes of display (access via two icons to the left of the lower panel), view timeline and sceneline view. For DD 5.1 SS Audio Clips, you will find Timeline View Mode to be the best. Now, you can switch back, but the timeline view Mode will give you infinite control. It is estimated that change the most programs use, and most publishers use.

    Good luck

  • What is happening in the original file of the photo when I import it in Photos and I have the "Delete after import" box checked?

What is happening in the original file of the photo when I import it in Photos and I have the "Delete after import" box checked?

When organizing photos for Photos for Mac app, I find that the Photos makes "copies" of files within the library of Photos and must reference a file if your settings are such that you do not copy the original files in the Photos app.

Trying to manage the disk space for the Macbook Pro.

The delete after import is available only when you import a device - a camera, card, an iPhone, but not when you import files from a folder on the system drive.

You can delete the local image files of your system drive yourself, once you have imported the Photos and they were copied in the photo library.

I would never use the option "delete after Import. The files will be deleted until you can check if the files have been imported correctly. If you find out later, that some of the imported files are corupted and illegible, it will be repeated o toolate import, because the files have been deleted from the device. Or worse, if pictures should plant a reason any during the import, all the pictures will be lost, if you have enabled "delete after import.

  • If I exported my photos when I import them into another library of Photos, will they still be live photos?

I plan to export my entire library of Photos on a hard drive, that I will then use import my library to another library of Photos on another computer (with the latest updates). When I export my photos (choosing File > export > export Photos X...), they will still be "live pictures" that is when I import them will be powered?

For sure if you simply move a copy of the entire library to the new system, you will have all - export and import loses a lot of information and can lose quality if you're wrong - interconnect systems and drag the library photos of the current system to the new system images folder - or use an external hard drive to the Mac OS extended (journaled) format to move in all
