When you place a video in the sequence that the audio track shows not up/doesn't exist anymore

when im working on video and I do a file over to the sequence of the video file appears but the audio track is totally absent, even when I try to drag audio only it won't work

can anyone help? I use first pro for my studies and I get assignments where I need to edit and turn the video

    The audio tracks are predefined for mono, stereo or sound 5.1 etc. So if you drag its mono for example to your audio section in the sequence, PP it automatically on the track that is predefined for mono. If you want to change it you should do in your project settings every time that you start a new project.

    It's the FFDShow (a third-party codec) which has an OSD "on the screen.
    Display"setting. To turn off power, either check the FF... next icon
    the windows clock (right-click to select menus)

    Or in WMP, go to the drop down small playing below, click other
    Options of-> DVD-> advanced, and then clear the OSD off

    I've been editing with adobe pro CC for awhile first and only today, after upgrading my CC from 9.0 to 10 I had a problem where I have the audio when you put video clips on my time line. For some reason any its not bringing don't not the full file in. I played video clips on another program and they work and its fine and when you drag them in the first pro library, they have the preview and I am able to do scroll the video ok it's just when you place on the time line its not bringing don't not the video with her.

    In looking at some of the clips in the project Panel, they are not showing the icon that indicates there is an audio file on the clip.
