  Just add your solids as placeholders and then add the image to the model and make the 3D layer. Now, hold down the SHIFT key and make the solid placeholder the parent layer of the 3D image.   It is usually the pad especially on laptops.  Most of the (new) notebooks have a method to disable the touchpad but if there is not a trackpad boyfriend called software app that it shuts down while you type

  Hello. It seems to be hung trying to complete the installation. You can try to remove and reinstall. To remove it, go to settings > general > storage > storage management.   Most likely, the problem is due to the sensitivity of your touchpad.  Whenever you type, your thumb probably affects the touchpad with the cursor to another location where you type.  You can set the sensitivity of your touchpad, or turn off the tapping by going into settings start, Control Panel, mouse and keyboard.  If it is not under that, the manufacturer of the laptop most likely installed custom software to control the touchpad.  Let us know what kind of cell phone, brand and model, and we will be able to help you.
