  Try a reset...

  After an upgrade to Windows 7 you need additional disk with the upgrade tools that came with the Windows 7 upgrade disk.

  This is not possible because the recovery disk must be created at first running the operating system preinstalled by Toshiba.

  It seems that if you have the lock of portrait and do not disturb activated. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to call the control center. Look at the two circular icons on the top right row.
