  According to the description of the problem, it seems that media player pauses and stops when you connect and reconnect USB portable HARD disk or by phone on Windows 7 computer.

  If there is audio or video files on hard disk or USB and phone, Media Player will attempt to add to the library and so it can suspend or stop.

  I suggest you run the Troubleshooter in Windows Media Player Settings and check if it helps.

  This utility checks the configuration settings and network for Windows Media Player to ensure that you can play the content you downloaded and saved on your computer, or content streaming over a network or the Internet.

  Or folio is created under a different account in Panel Builder Folio.
