  I had this problem too, and the only solution was to reboot the phone and then remove the battery.  I brought back to the cell shop where I got it; they had placed the phone software updated and location of PRL, they even tried wiping the own phone electronically.

  It was an intermittent problem, so I had to constantly check to see if the ringer would work.  If the cell store eventually brought down and replaced by a new.  Now I think it works very well.  Touch wood.

  You may have configured mode don't bother to run on a regular basis (if if this repeats every day until this that scheduled is disabled):

  • Settings > do not disturb.

  I don't know if things work differently in your part of the world, but here in the United Kingdom it is normally due to not having DSL filters mounted or installed in the wrong place.
