where and when to call setNamedWhereClauseParam?

I have an adf/jsp page with a table and a form of parameter
I have a bean user with the user id I need to set as a parameter to my viewobject

where should I call setNamedWhereClauseParam method of the viewobject? I tried to call it in getXXXView in my ApplicationModule without effect.

Hello

Once you have dragged attribute of page executeWithParams links are created in the PageDef for each variable binding.

Just the value of the name attribute of the user in the value of page definition to your attribute of bean to support using the expression language.

What security model do you use for your application? If you are using the J2EE security, you can get the current user in the Module of the Application.

Kind regards
Brenden
